A delightful little place furnished in a nice way with bikes everywhere, even on the walls. Very good meat and according to others the pizza too. Friendly and fairly fast service despite the massive presence of customers for a Saturday evening. Advised.

Surprising venue, perfect match with the city event "La Francescana". The gaze moves from one bicycle-themed detail to another. Even the high stools at the bar counter with real saddles as seats. We ate well and spent the right amount. I would stay here again

We practically bumped into it coming from the large car park outside the walls, and fortunately I would say. We booked as it still had to open and we had time for a walk into the center and we sat down. We were able to choose the small room on the left of the entrance, decidedly more intimate and far from the noise of the larger tables, even if in the main room there is a beautiful space where they grill the various quality meats on the menu in full view. However, we wanted more locations, so we chose the pigeon which they masterfully placed inside a raviolone in the form of salmì sautéed with butter, the tagliatelle with sheep ragout (also mammamia...stupendous), what charcoal snails -with an excellent flavour-, and the veal cheek with Sagrantino that melted in the mouth, and the Sagrantino was very noticeable. Something that I always appreciate very much, the same care is taken in the choice of side dishes... I had never tasted rapunzoli salad, delicious! the same thing can be said for the more classic vegetables, but baked, not the usual grilled or au gratin ones that have broken down, in this season they were pumpkin, onion, endive, radicchio, in their simplicity tasty and really good. They left us at the table a truly delicious oil, metelli, and we drank two glasses of wine suggested by the owner, which were spot on. The prices are more than fair, of course if you choose fine meats instead of the dishes we chose, the prices will go up. Beautiful place

Non ci eravamo mai stati. Leggendo le recensioni a livello di pizzeria,è classificato molto bene nel comune di foligno,quindi abbiamo prenotato per assaggiare la loro pizza. Devo dire che siamo stati molto bene,i piatti che abbiamo ordinati sono stati molto apprezzati. Anche le lumache che propongono sull'antipasto,devo dire tra le più buone che abbia mangiato perchè insaporite al punto e modo giusto. Aggiungo qualche foto. Il servizio è stato professionale e molto veloce bravi. Quello che personalmente non mi piace è che magari nella sala principale cè un pò di caos perchè ho visto che i tavoli sono molto vicini e fortunatamente noi eravamo su di una stanzetta adiacente e siamo stati bene. Comunque se volete stare un pò più appartati quando prenotate ditegli di poter stare in una saletta di queste. La pizza è buona ma non sò se fosse l'impasto oppure era poco cotta,mi é risultata un pò.gommosina. ma questo è un parere personale. Il locale è sempre pieno. Prezzi nella media. Il signore alla cassa credo il proprietario,molto simpatico. Continuate così

Excellent tavern in the centre, the excellent cut, the remarkable sheep sauce. Particularly appreciated was the beef tartare with two excellent accompanying sauces.

Sono già stato qui l’anno scorso a pranzo e ora a cena, ma come allora non ha deluso. Cibo ottimo, prezzo onesto, servizio altrettanto! Bel locale con la sua storia. Consigliatissimo. Tornerò sicuramente!
