osteria carducci In Piacenza

22/03/2026: I passed this osteria, which immediately attracted me, both because of its glass verandas and because there were a lot of cars in the parking lot despite it being in a small hamlet of Podenzano. We stopped shortly before dinner time to use the bathroom and have a drink before getting back on the road home. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the unique beauty of this place. It feels like a home, but also a bar and a trattoria. Welcoming and warm. We were greeted with great kindness and generous smiles. I asked if I could bring my dog ​​in, and everyone was immediately accommodating. Furthermore, in a moment of panic because I was afraid the dog (a puppy) would pee, the girl at the cash register reassured me, saying that if anything happened, she would clean it up, and that it was no problem. ...I stayed...I really like the Piacenza area because I still find so many people like this...friendly, cheerful, helpful. They immediately gave us a table for an aperitif, bringing us sandwiches, pizzas, and chips. Fair prices. I'm giving the food 4 stars on faith, but we'll have to dine again to confirm the quality.
