A wonderful discovery in the Cenisio area. Osteria Caneva offers authentic Sardinian cuisine, with a wide variety of both meat and seafood dishes, and vegetarian options are also available. The quality and attention to detail are evident. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff is professional yet capable of making you feel at home. The service is attentive and pleasant. The prices are in line with restaurants of this caliber, but what really struck me was the attention to detail: even without ordering dessert, we were offered traditional sweets (in our case, chiacchiere) and house liqueurs. A detail that demonstrates great customer care. A must-try.

A historic, family-run trattoria, this warm and welcoming place offers a menu that ranges from seafood (the raw fish and seafood are excellent) to meat dishes with a touch of Sardinian cuisine, inspired by the owner Franco Pitzalis's hometown, as well as traditional Milanese dishes. The wine list offers a wide selection of labels. In short, this is a must-try, highly recommended place.

Excellent experience, clean, welcoming place, pleasant atmosphere, tables well spaced, you can talk, and I was there on Saturday! Family-run with discretion and friendliness. Sardinian cuisine, light and with excellent seasonings, very digestible. Photos of the dishes, good value. The gratinated scallops and lobster tails are top! Plus, their carasau bread is fabulous and plentiful! (😀) I bought a doggy bag 😅🤣😂😁😄😃😀 Thank you so much, I'll be back soon.....👋❤️👋

19/03/2026: The food and service were impeccable, the fish was very fresh and well-cooked, the staff was courteous and friendly, and the complimentary myrtle liqueur at the end was particularly appreciated. It's not particularly cheap, but the quality is very high.
17/03/2026: One of the best seafood restaurants in Milan. The quality and service are consistently top-notch, despite the very reasonable prices for a central Milan location. Their raw and cooked appetizers are a must-try.
