Certainly one of the best restaurants in Venice. A lovely welcome and, above all, delicious homemade dishes, from starter to dessert. The octopus starter was perfectly grilled (it's rare to find such a well-cooked octopus dish), and the main courses are traditional with a perfect mastery of flavors (the spaghetti with vongole, with a touch of ginger, was both original and exquisite!). We truly had a magical evening.

Top seafood. Great and very friendly service. Located in a windy street close to the waterfront in Dorsoduro. Ideal location when the wheather is hot. PS after all these years this restaurant is keeping its promises: fresh, delicious, friendly, and super tasty! PS in 2025 "best fritto misto" in town!

Nice restaurant with friendly staff and great food. They kindly accepted my small request for my mother’s birthday which was very nice of them. If you are in Venice then you have to visit this restaurant!

The octopus was delicious, but the seafood pasta was far too salty, which was a shame because the seafood itself was good.

We had a delicious meal during our stay in Venice. Everything was delicious and the service was efficient and discreet.

On our first night in Venice at the Palazzio Veneziano hotel we walked round the corner and found this restaurant . We had no booking so waited a short while for a table to become available and had a lovely meal. Warm and welcoming atmosphere in a small family run restaurant and it is no surprise that it was fully booked. It made the ideal start to our holiday in Venice.

¡Qué hallazgo mágico! Este encantador lugar es una joya escondida. El horario de apertura en Tripadvisor parece ser incorrecto ya que llega justo después de las 19 . A las 00 de la noche del martes, el restaurante acaba de abrir por la noche. Este es un pequeño establecimiento donde el servicio es impecable con el personal que es amable, eficiente y sobresale con su inglés. El menú tiene varias opciones y la comida era deliciosa. En cuestión de minutos el restaurante se había llenado de otros visitantes de varias nacionalidades y locales. Las imágenes fueron tomadas a su llegada nada más abrirlas. Bien vale la pena una visita y volvería si está en los alrededores. Está a menos de un minuto a pie de la parada de vaporetto de San Basilio.
