We had a delicious meal during our stay in Venice. Everything was delicious and the service was efficient and discreet.

On our first night in Venice at the Palazzio Veneziano hotel we walked round the corner and found this restaurant . We had no booking so waited a short while for a table to become available and had a lovely meal. Warm and welcoming atmosphere in a small family run restaurant and it is no surprise that it was fully booked. It made the ideal start to our holiday in Venice.

This delightful restaurant immediately made us feel welcome guests in a family home. Excellent service and superb food and wine. We, a couple, arrived at 7pm without a reservation and we counted ourselves very lucky to have had a table for 2 hours. After our delightful meal we immediately reserved another night during our visit to wonderful Venice

Small family-run restaurant near port. I was a bit afraid since some of the reviews talked about arrogant owner but I was pleasantly surprised! Both owner and all the staff were super-nice people. Obviously locals as tons of people stopped to say hi and they were hugging them etc. Always caring, always smiling. We were sitting outside for lunch and it was awesome experience. We had full lunch (shared appetizer- octopus; asparagus gnocchi; fried seafood; creme brule; limoncello cream and 2 glasses of wine and water) for 2 people coming to 100 euro. The food was amazing! Everything surprised us with how good it was!

If you like traditional Italian you should come here!!! The food is a poem & the service is unique, absolutely recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I should actually not tell how wonderful it was as I do not want to spoil the uniqueness of this place. Finally a restaurant where you get served really good food. The food the locals appreciate and like. Hidden away in a small street close to water with just about 25 seats. Wonderful service with a smile and some great suggestions. So again do not all go running and ruin it.

¡Qué hallazgo mágico! Este encantador lugar es una joya escondida. El horario de apertura en Tripadvisor parece ser incorrecto ya que llega justo después de las 19 . A las 00 de la noche del martes, el restaurante acaba de abrir por la noche. Este es un pequeño establecimiento donde el servicio es impecable con el personal que es amable, eficiente y sobresale con su inglés. El menú tiene varias opciones y la comida era deliciosa. En cuestión de minutos el restaurante se había llenado de otros visitantes de varias nacionalidades y locales. Las imágenes fueron tomadas a su llegada nada más abrirlas. Bien vale la pena una visita y volvería si está en los alrededores. Está a menos de un minuto a pie de la parada de vaporetto de San Basilio.
