Surprisingly, I discovered this little place by word of mouth. Great experience, the place is warm and welcoming. The menu is not too long, which I appreciated, although every dish makes you want to try it. A very fair compromise also in price. I highly recommend it.

Scoperta piacevole nel cuore dell'Irpinia , Sorbo Serpico , piccolo borgo che ospita non solo grandi realta'vitivinicole , ma anche una grande tradizione culinaria . Ottimo connubbio l'Osteria Brancaccio con alcuni piatti della tradizione Franco/Campana , il personale gentile e cortese, porzioni abbondanti e molto saporite , per non parlare dei dessert , meritevoli della grande tradizione Francese , Saluti a tutti , con la promessa di rivederci quanto prima.

Italian-French tavern in the heart of upper Irpinia. Welcoming and relaxing environment, owner (French), very polite and elegant. Menu with quality raw materials and well cooked, pre
adequate amounts, not excessive. Overall an experience worth repeating, to taste the French cheese fondue and the escargot..

We went again this evening to Osteria Brancaccio, I can only confirm what I said previously and that is, decidedly excellent cuisine, original in tastes and presentation, certainly "uncommon" but not pretentious. Welcoming environment, for those who have been to Paris a few times, not an imitation but absolute originality (French owners and chef). Also try escargot, what can I say... an experience. The agnolotti amatriciana and the Mediterranean cod are excellent. Too bad we didn't try the creme brulee, but we'll be back for this too. Finally.....I forgot....French music in the background. Absolutely worth visiting

New management, now run by 2 French people. A fusion cuisine, an Italian-French mix with good results. The Italian of those serving in the dining room needs to be improved. I really enjoyed the frog legs!
