Excellent restaurant in the Sienese countryside, quiet and with good vibes. Friendly, professional and super helpful staff. The chef cooked me a mouth-watering vegan off-menu!

My husband and I went here for dinner a few nights ago and we couldn't have been happier. Informal, relaxed but refined environment, with a delightful view of the surrounding Tuscan hills. Dining room staff are kind, friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. Excellent cuisine, a delicious creative and innovative vision that has its roots in traditional dishes and ingredients. My husband was tempted by a Florentine steak, served on a hot plate to maintain the ideal temperature on the plate I tasted the small savory pastries (the photo of which I unfortunately forgot) and the potato ravioli with tongue ragù which were a discovery. Highly recommended

I start from the assumption that I also work in the restaurant business and that I very rarely write reviews. First of all I would like to express my appreciation to the guys in the dining room (who are the business card of every restaurant): kind, smiling, helpful and non-intrusive. As for the kitchen, what can we say?! The savory pastries were excellent, as was the CBT chicken. They are dishes that have an identity, strong flavors that make you remember the aromas and the atmosphere over time. All the dishes tasted certainly give a thousand reasons to return and recommend the Abbot's workshop. Congratulations guys, we can see the passion and sacrifices you make to keep the place going. Excellent value for money. The only small flaw are perhaps the waiting times, but the dishes pay off. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI!
