I would like to live in Rome just to be able to go to eat in this tavern more often. Typical Roman environment, very nice, friendly staff, fast service. Excellent typical Roman dishes, right portions and normal prices. Rome will be the next stop not for the Colosseum, but for the Bonelli tavern.

Everything was exquisite, from the staff to the cuisine to the raw materials. If there was the possibility of giving 6 stars I would have done so.

The food is excellent but this tavern has shifts, we went to the first one and the waiters make a point of taking away your plate to send you away immediately. Again because you can eat all the dishes of Roman cuisine very well, the place was full of confusion. Generally to go for lunch or on less crowded days

Ottimo per la cucina romana (e non solo...).
Tutto molto buono.
Per gli amanti della pasta consiglio i tonnarelli alla gricia.
Per i golosi la mousse pistacchio e cioccolato.
Servizio veloce, prezzo nella media.

I had been there a couple of years ago and it didn't leave an entirely positive impression on me.

Diesci, always and forever, in many years the quality of the food has never changed, if not improved, yet another dinner of excellent cuisine, in a free-range environment, where there is not even a minstrel missing!
Everything is delicious, from fried foods, anchovies, courgette flowers, cod, passing through the Roman classics for the first courses, with some gems such as burrata ravioli, with Roman cabbage, pecorino cheese and crispy bacon, the second courses and desserts are also great!
Guys, coming to Rome and not stopping by Bonelli is a real shame, definitely try and go back!
€30 for starters, first course, wine and dessert... I don't know, if this isn't enough!!!
