A tavern where you can enjoy traditional fare at a fair price. Welcoming staff, spacious tables, even for two. Located in an alleyway near the main roads, it's difficult to find by chance if you're passing by. The dishes are delicious and generous, as are the fillings and toppings. The vintage signs on the walls are charming. To complete the experience, you absolutely must try their desserts displayed in the window; the cookies near the register are also delicious. A heartfelt tip: always ask for the bread; it's excellent, like a thick, doughy focaccia. Try it, you won't regret it. It's tempting to ask for seconds, but I advise against it because the dishes are complete and there's no shortage of ingredients. Congratulations!

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my graduation with a lunch for 12 people, and it was an excellent decision. We ate really well, and I received numerous compliments from the guests. The restaurant offers several menu options; I personally chose a menu with an appetizer, two first courses, a second course, and a side dish. I found the staff very helpful in accommodating our various needs.

Great culinary experience in Bologna. Non-exposed place with delicious Emilia-Romagna cuisine as well as kind and attentive service. Highly recommended! "Gambero Rosso" directory should definitely put them on their list.

We were looking for a typical osteria, a restaurant frequented by locals where we could try authentic paste al ragù. This was the best restaurant of our weekend: a simple but welcoming neighborhood restaurant, the staff was very professional, and above all, the food was truly excellent.

Osteria Ca' Rossa

19/03/2026: For these places, I like to use one adjective: honest. Cà Rossa is a place where you can breathe authenticity and honest cuisine. Here you'll find Modena folklore combined with home cooking. Lots of people have passed through this place, including many famous people. One detail that struck me...: The glasses are wine glasses because here the host probably wants you to only drink wine! Stop by, it's worth the trip!! I forgot... Finally another place where you can have lunch at a reasonable price!
25/02/2026: Good morning, first of all. So what can I say about Cà Rossa? It's magnificent, the food is excellent, and the price is excellent. The drinks are excellent, with numerous wines. I only go there on Fridays with our group; it's very popular for celebrations of any kind. Huge tables. It's a very welcoming place, and on Fridays there's Morini, the DJ from the 90s, if you want to go back to the 90s. The music from Cocco is also spectacular. The only downside is that it's too small for dancing. Go there, but for Fridays and Saturdays, you absolutely have to book in advance. You can only see him on his social media when Morini is there.

06/05/2026: Excellent restaurant just steps from the center of Castel San Pietro, several good quality wines at fair prices, very good dishes with even unusual pairings that left us very satisfied, exceptional value for money, we will definitely be back
16/04/2026: Delicious dishes and excellent service at Uinauino! Although the waiters spoke limited English, we truly appreciated their effort to communicate and make us feel welcome. The recommended dishes were outstanding—we loved every bite. Highly recommended!
