At Osteria Billis you eat like heaven, every dish is a discovery! The twins are very nice, always ready to make you feel at home. The place is taken care of down to the smallest detail, you can see that they put heart and passion into it. Absolutely worth trying!

We had New Year's Eve dinner, a really beautiful location, very welcoming and well-kept. The dinner was excellent even if I didn't like some dishes (it wasn't to my liking), the only thing they could have lit up the evening with was dance music, which was instead too loud and repeated several times during the evening. Zampone and Lentils rejected! Given the panettone (really excellent) immediately after, perhaps they could have waited half an hour. However, positive experience

Welcoming and intimate environment, good food, a mix of tradition and innovation. The Billis reflect a great sense of hospitality, kindness and cheerfulness. The place thus becomes a meeting point not to be missed.

Recensisco con il massimo del punteggio perché ho mangiato benissimo, era tutto buonissimo e ci tornerò molto volentieri. Personale cortese e location accogliente. Se posso solo fare un appunto costruttivo : se scelgo un menù degustazione nella quale non viene specificato quale sarà il dolce mi aspetto di poterlo scegliere a fine cena, così non è stato. Allora perché non scriverlo direttamente nel menù?

Having met through TV, we went there for the first time and returned with friends. Friends were thrilled. The risotto is worth the trip. Wonderful environment, friendly staff who put you at ease. Spectacular food. A total party from start to finish. We'll be back soon. Thanks for the souvenir photo Marisa, Enrica, Maurizio and Fausto.

Nice restaurant, tasty and classy cuisine, with traditional dishes, also revisited. Note the possibility of eating on the counter in front of the kitchen! Pay attention to the glass entrance door: it is always very clean, you can't always see it.... 😂 I found myself a little embarrassed by the service. We were looking for a restaurant where we could book lunch at 1.30pm on Saturday (therefore for a weekend lunch, not a weekday one) on the fork, due to schedule needs. Luckily this place had slots at both 1.30pm and 2pm, so we thought we wouldn't be a bother. Unfortunately, however, the waiters rushed us a lot, starting to clear the table when not all the diners had finished, and then proceeding to ask those who were still chewing or with a fork in their hand if they could collect it. We felt embarrassed having to ask if they could please leave us the potatoes they were taking because we wanted to finish them... In the end we left together at the other last table at 3.30pm, which for a Saturday lunch still seems acceptable to me. But anyway, if it wasn't for the venue, why accept reservations at these times during the weekend?

Un peu étonnant dans une ville moyenne du Piémont, ce restaurant tire son épingle du jeu. Une remarquable carte des vins et un menu soigné et de très très bonne qualité. Le service est à la fois présent , sans être oppressant et l’attention même portée aux chiens est touchante. Nous avions nos deux labrador qui ont été traités avec grande gentillesse par le personnel, ce qui met toujours à l’aise quand on arrive avec deux gros chiens dans un restaurant, à l’étranger. Nous étions en famille et même nos grands adolescents ont trouvé leur compte alors qu’ils sont, comme tous ceux de leur génération, assez difficiles, culinairement parlant. Les plats étaient d’une qualité irréprochable jusqu’à la présentation des desserts, que nous joignons en photo. Une belle adresse à ne pas manquer. Surtout pour 40 € par personne avec les amuse-bouche et grande entrée à partager des plats, des desserts, un très bon vin et des cafés.
