I was truly impressed by Billis!
The cuisine is amazing: carefully crafted dishes, the freshest ingredients, and perfectly executed pairings. Each course has a creative touch without ever losing sight of authentic flavor.
The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to offer advice with a smile. You can sense great professionalism, but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease.
The location is another strong point: a modern setting, meticulous attention to detail, elegant but not stuffy. Perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends.

Really excellent restaurant! Super nice food (especially their deserts are incredible: the cannelloni!, tarte tatin and tiramisu are all excellent), very nice service, really good wines (try the Zebra white whine from Volpi!). On top it’s really a nice and cosy atmosphere they created. Very much recommended

We had lunch here on a Sunday in September. The food was truly excellent, the service was attentive, and the location was truly beautiful! Nothing negative, everything was perfect! Highly recommended.

I went for lunch today at the suggestion of my partner and her mother (big fans of Billi, who followed E’ sempre mezzogiorno). The staff was fantastically friendly, and Filippo was incredibly personable. Both Filippo and his twin were also available for a photo. We had a wonderful meal in a simple, elegant setting. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Well done everyone!

Opposite the Tortona train station is Osteria Billis, a modern and elegant restaurant with a traditional menu reimagined with a contemporary twist.
For starters, I chose veal with tuna sauce and a krapfen with béchamel and ragù.
Then, for the first course, Derthona ravioli, and to finish, an apple tarte tatin with ice cream.
Bold, balanced flavors with a touch of innovation that fits perfectly into the menu!
Carefully presented dishes and very attentive and fast service.
The prices are obviously a bit higher than a typical osteria, but more than justified for the quality offered.
I will definitely be back to try some of the other specialties!

I had dinner at this place last Saturday.
I'm not sure I'd go back.
There were four of us, and we tried the appetizers: local salami, buba toast, croquettes and doughnuts, veal with tuna sauce, and onion mousse. We also had desserts.
I wasn't satisfied; I found the bill expensive. A small sample of fries cost 9 euros!
The location is nice, perhaps too dark and a bit noisy; I don't like dining without a tablecloth.
The service was good, except for the salami-cutting without gloves...there were really a lot of waiters, all courteous and helpful.
P.S.: I also noticed an oversight on the receipt: I paid for two bottles of wine instead of just one.
