Ottima esperienza a Cisternino!!All’Osteria Bell’Italia si mangia davvero benissimo. Ho provato i paccheri con l’astice: pasta cotta alla perfezione, sugo saporito e astice fresco e gustoso. Il piatto era curato e abbondante. Servizio gentile e atmosfera accogliente. Una tappa obbligata se siete in zona!

L’Osteria Bell’Italia è una perla rara per chi ama la cucina pugliese e segue un’alimentazione vegana. L’atmosfera è accogliente e autentica, con quel calore tipico del Sud che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto è l’attenzione e la sensibilità con cui lo chef ha saputo reinterpretare i piatti della tradizione in chiave completamente vegetale. Sono rimasta colpita dalla creatività del menù: orecchiette fatte a mano con cime di rapa e crumble di pane croccante, fave e cicoria rivisitate con un tocco moderno, e un dolce alla mandorla e frutti di bosco spettacolare. Tutto preparato con ingredienti freschissimi e locali, valorizzati con grande equilibrio. Lo chef è stato estremamente disponibile e appassionato: ha creato piatti su misura per me, senza mai farli sembrare delle “alternative”, ma piuttosto delle protagoniste a tutti gli effetti del menù. Consiglio vivamente l’Osteria Bell’Italia a chi cerca una cucina pugliese autentica, inclusiva e piena d’anima. Tornerò sicuramente, felice di sapere di avere un posto così attento e genuino dove tornare.
