10/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant. The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the desserts. The staff was friendly and attentive. I recommend trying the artisanal spumone! The location was also very nice and welcoming.

26/01/2026: One of the more fancy/expensive restaurants in Ceglie. The food is very good and really interesting. I ate their raviolo (1 giant raviolo, the size of the plate) and it was delicious. Would recommend!
11/01/2026: Booked late for a dinner for 2 and had to wait a while for the reservation to be confirmed. However, worth the wait. Cibus is a wonderful Puglain restaurant. The prices are not excessive, the quality of the dishes is very good. We enjoyed everything we had. Seasonal Antipasti, Fave, Coniglio and Lamb shank. Could not fit in a sweet dish at the end. Service became a little slow as they filled up, but not a problem for us as the ambience is nice. Good wine list too. If you are in the area, this is worth a journey to.
