We visited this restaurant in mid-August and had a truly enjoyable experience. We found a seat right away and were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff, who were able to recommend the best dishes for us.
The cuisine is authentic and traditional: we enjoyed excellent orecchiette with tomato sauce, topped with fresh basil picked right before our eyes, a detail that made the dish even more special. The burrata we were offered was also top-quality, creamy, and truly delicious.
The restaurant is located in a charming little square, perfect for dining al fresco and soaking up the city atmosphere. Overall, a place we definitely recommend for those seeking authenticity, friendliness, and simple yet excellent flavors.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An authentic Italian dinner with soul
I discovered this family restaurant in Barletta on a quiet evening, just my husband and I — and it was a wonderful choice. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed as dear guests, not just customers.
The food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish seemed cooked with love and tradition, just like a nonna would cook for her family. We enjoyed cod with red sauce and olives as an appetizer, mixed grill of veal and veal, orechiette with yellow tomato sauce, bacon and stracciatela, and the flavors transported us straight to the heart of Italy. The red wine from the Puglia region was excellent.

Sono stata in questa osteria con la mia famiglia e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero speciale. Appena entrati, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e un sorriso sincero: quell’atmosfera calda e autentica che ormai è sempre più rara.
Il menù propone piatti della tradizione preparati con cura e passione. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: attento, presente ma mai invadente. Si vede che chi lavora qui ci mette davvero il cuore, e questo fa tutta la differenza.
È uno di quei posti dove ti senti a casa, coccolata, e da cui esci col sorriso (e la pancia felice!). Tornerò sicuramente.
