Locale alla mano. Cortesia del personale che credo siano i proprietari o parenti, molto gentili. Il baccalà alla barlettana mi dice la collega essere buono, nella media i gamberetti gratinati con crema di spinaci. La collega ha scelto bene il primo, orecchiette con burrata e melanzane croccanti. Io avevo scelto orecchiette con spada e polpo, invece mi è arrivato tra mille scuse allo scoglio. Erano i tonti a cambiarlo ma ho lasciato perdere con tranquillità. Un piatto comunque senza particolare sapore. Hanno comunque portato anche un assaggio di quello con spada e polpo. Giudizio simile. Il vino al calice l’ho trovato buono. All’inizio dimenticavo ci hanno fatto assaggiare l’olio di una azienda che produce anche il vino che servono al calice. Molto buono sia l’olio sia il pane. Sorbetto e cheescake nella media. Il conto non è esagerato

GOOD FOOD AND FAMILIARITY! Passing through on our way to Monopoli we stopped at Bardulos found on The Fork. We ate well, the price in my opinion a little above average in relation to the type of restaurant... Osteria; probably if they had applied the 20% discount advertised on the fork I would have appreciated the kindness of the family who hosted us much more!
