Osteria Baldovino In Premariacco

We've been to this restaurant twice, the first time for dinner on a Saturday in August, and once for lunch on the 15th of August. Both times, I booked through The Fork, and the reservations matched the app's description and I received the discount I was expecting. First, a very pleasant surprise, then a confirmation. Everyone in our rather diverse group was satisfied, with excellent quality from the various meat and fish dishes, from appetizers to main courses.

Tried it out of curiosity for a friend of mine. The location is stunning! The service was fast, friendly, and not at all intrusive. Our choice of dishes was influenced by the smell of meat as soon as it arrived: the zucchini millefeuille and tartar were delicious, and the meat too! Highly recommended!

Our first time in Friuli, a good start is half the battle. Among the vineyards near Cividale del Friuli, we dined for four. Everything was delicious and served with refined simplicity. We had two fricos (sublime), two tartares, tortelli stuffed with pheasant and blueberry cream, two caponatas, and two baked potatoes. Everything was delicious. Perhaps just one flaw, but one that anyone who chooses to dine outside among the vineyards should be wary of: the nocturnal insects, certainly harmless but annoying. We will definitely return.

I highly recommend this restaurant, not only for its excellent cuisine, but also for its unique location. The restaurant is located on a hill, and thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy a spectacular view while you dine. We tried several dishes, all of which were top-notch. The octopus was tender and flavorful, the picanha melted in your mouth, and the beef tartare was incredibly fresh. The pheasant and blueberry ravioli were a real revelation, an original and well-executed combination. All of this was accompanied by an excellent Schioppettino, which perfectly complemented the flavors of the dinner. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Dinner, taking advantage of a promotion on the "TheFork" app: a pleasant discovery, a beautiful, well-kept location with a splendid terrace, quality dishes, and a fine wine list. Highly recommended.

Cena in coppia prenotata con the fork, bella posizione con vista sui vigneti del Collio, sal ampia e luminosa, tavoli ben distanziati, servizio attento e con tempi buoni, piatti elaborati ma non troppo, con cibo di buona qualità e in porzioni generose. Conto adeguato

Un posto che entra nel cuore, passando attraverso la vista per il panorama stupendo e gli interni curati, ma soprattutto stuzzica le papille gustative con piatti dai sapori incredibili e abbinamenti azzeccati. Abbiamo prenotato per un pranzo con amici una domenica di fine marzo. Quando siamo arrivati il locale era completamente pieno perché, complice la bella giornata, molti sono arrivati senza prenotazione. Bravi i gestori che li hanno fatti accomodare comunque. Abbiamo aspettato, bevendo un buon calice di vino sulla terrazza panoramica. Non condivido le recensioni negative che parlano di attese esagerate. Ovviamente i tempi del pranzo si sono un po’ dilatati per la quantità di coperti da servire, ma non esageratamente. I piatti serviti erano, come sempre, ottimi, l’impiattamento curato, una delizia. Antipasto di asparagi bianchi con uova di quaglia incredibile! E il risotto? Uno dei migliori mai mangiati. Ottimi i secondi. Cheescake ai mirtilli delicatissima. Il pranzo domenicale è una pausa di relax…godetevelo senza fretta!
