We went for lunch over the weekend. Wonderful location! Unique view of the Collio! The first ones were spectacular! The diaphragm very tasty. The cuberoll was delicious but a little greasy, but excellent taste! Definitely worth returning when you can dine on the outdoor terrace! Very kind staff!

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my grandfather's birthday and I must say the choice turned out to be really a good one. We were warmly welcomed and escorted to a room with a beautiful fireplace in the center. The environment is clean and minimalist made very bright by the large windows overlooking the surrounding hills. The menu was rich and interesting, with options for vegetarians too. I decided to try the tartare, the risotto with black cabbage, burrata and anchovies, and finally the salmi hare. Each course surprised me with its care in presentation and impeccable taste. In particular, the hare was extraordinary: very tender, it melted in your mouth, and the accompanying sauce was a real delight. We concluded with a dessert, a tart which unfortunately was the only small less positive note of the lunch: the pastry at the edges was too hard, making it difficult to cut with a fork. Overall, however, the experience was excellent: fair prices for the quality of the dishes, attentive and courteous staff. I will definitely recommend it and can't wait to go back!

Unfortunately we only managed to eat the starter, because we had to leave immediately due to an urgent unexpected event... I would still like to point out the kindness and understanding of the staff, in addition to the delicacy of the starters: abundant, quality, well presented and above all delicious in every nuance of taste. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. The environment is warm and welcoming, bright and well cared for.

Crazy location, you can see practically all of Friuli. Very interesting menu that varies from season to season and always offers something curious. Managers and staff make you feel at home, super! Mega recommended.
