Great restaurant located in the center of the island, we don't go there specifically for the view but the quality of the dishes and the service. Very fair prices. Well done !

Very good authentic cuisine. We particularly recommend the spaghetti with lake fish carbonara and the very original lemon tart if you like a touch of bitterness - but the fish of the day: will do and the tiramisu were also delicious. Top notch service. Very kind staff. 10/29/2024

Finally a place that offers REAL cuisine. A pearl in the realm of fast food on this island. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is very pleasant with light jazz music. The young waiter was very professional. Unfortunately, the bill quickly adds up if you have to pay extra for the side dishes. Someone who is very hungry will not get their money's worth, even if the meat and fish portions are generous, because the side dishes are rather small, unless you take a starter. That's why only the 4 stars.

Spaghetti Carbonara was brilliant. Coffee was smooth and sweet. Much of the menu is home made. Great restaurant.

16/01/2025: We stayed at this property for 2 nights. Excellent dinner, varied menu with very good products. Fantastic location and view.
05/01/2025: In a group of 7 friends we stayed overnight at Cecilia's. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. For dinner they have always offered a varied menu, of local products, at an excellent price, with quick and very warm service (the very nice Roman waitress). Abundant buffet breakfast and always of excellent quality. Mrs. Paola very helpful. Overall great stay, super recommended!

29/12/2024: Ottima esperienza a cena. Da perfetti sconosciuti abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente e ci hanno dato quello che per noi era senza dubbio il miglior tavolo della sala. Il locale è situato nel centro di Verbania, a piano terra di un palazzo d’epoca, probabilmente in origine una cantina o un laboratorio. Oggi restano le volte del soffitto che danno il nome al locale. All’entrata si è accolti dalla proprietaria, molto cortese e sempre presente. Il cibo era semplicemente squisito (tortino di zucca, risotto al formaggio, dessert). Il conto è stato una bella sorpresa: prezzi assolutamente adeguati, rispetto alla materia prima ed alla lavorazione, con un ricarico minimo sul vino. Un locale da visitare se si passa da Verbania.
