We had the pleasure of lunch at Antico Frantoio, and the experience was a true immersion in the authentic and generous flavors of Tuscan cuisine. Ideal for those seeking a quality lunch that's both satisfying and traditional. We began with an excellent Antipasto Misto, perfect for whetting the appetite and enjoying a sampling of local cured meats and cheeses. An excellent start that demonstrates the care taken in selecting the finest ingredients. The first courses were the true highlight of the meal. The Tordelli al Ragù are a classic, impeccably prepared here: fresh artisanal pasta and a flavorful, thick ragù cooked to perfection. A hearty and comforting dish, perfect for a hearty lunch. The Maccheroni al Ragù were also very popular, and despite their simplicity, they showcased the deliciousness of the sauce. The quality of the pasta and the intensity of the sauce confirmed the attention to detail. The rustic and welcoming atmosphere is ideal for unwinding and enjoying your lunch break. The service was courteous and prompt, ensuring an efficient experience without sacrificing friendliness. The restaurant is very unassuming from the outside, but a big surprise inside! The two of us went there without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. A special table was set aside because everything was reserved. We started with bruschetta and bread, and it was delicious! We received friendly service and ordered bruschetta, two salads, two main courses (pizza & pasta), and two desserts! With two Cokes, two large waters, and two glasses of wine, we thought we'd get a large bill, but we were surprised, as we paid a good price for the €2 per person. The whole combination of old-fashioned and rustic with delicious food was perfect and was a real highlight! If you're in the area, come see for yourself; you won't regret it!

We went out to eat with the family twice. We weren't disappointed either time. The food was very tasty. The service was good. We also liked the interior. The rustic decor, with some antique furnishings. Very good value for money. Definitely recommend it.

Il posto è veramente bello e caratteristico, bello sia nella parte interna che esterna! Il rumore dell acqua fa da sottofondo alle portate. Tordelli eccezionali, molto buono pollo e carciofi fritti!! Location incantevole con il rumore di sottofondo dell'acqua che scorre nel fiume, cibo ottimo e personale super accogliente. Consigliatissimo!
