Osteria Altomincio In Valeggio sul mincio

We stayed nearby at the Hu Altomincio resort and decided to visit based on the positive reviews. We really enjoyed our evening, the food and service fantastic. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The gnocchi and ravioli were delicious, the lamb chops were perfectly cooked, and the beef rib-eye was tender and full of flavor. A special mention for the desserts: a real treat, as beautiful as they were delicious! A place we recommend without hesitation.

Really nice lunch here. Got in just before it closed for the afternoon. All 3 pasta dishes were gorgeous would highly recommend. We went back for an evening meal, the menu didn't change but there was still loads to choose from and the steak and lamb were cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Nice ambiance, food was good, price-performance ratio was still OK. Unfortunately, the service was not good. The waitress sat us at a small table, even though the entire restaurant was empty except for one. A fan was extremely annoying. We were probably not liked or, as Germans, not really welcome. Later guests got a better table. Well, we should have left right away. It's a shame because it's a nice restaurant.

Simple and traditional dishes but of high quality and prepared with dedication and love for quality. Welcoming, well-kept environment....perfect. An unmissable stop....I recommend exiting the highway and trying the experience (a few kilometers from Milan Venice).

Ambiente semplice e rustico, accoglienza senza sorrisi. Antipasto di pesce del Garda, ma l'aringa sapeva molto di supermercato, buone le sarde in saor e l'altro pesce lessato. Pinzimonio gradevole di verdure crude con senape nell'attesa. Buone le chitarrine con le sarde, i ravioli di zucca (senza peraltro eccellere), e le tagliatelle. Discreto il bianco, anche se il secondo bicchiere mi è stato versato in quantità scarsa dal fondo della bottiglia. Doveva essere aperta una nuova bottiglia. Tempi di servizio giusti. Di un antipasto e di un primo abbiamo speso 32 euro a testa, con un calice di vino bianco (a testa) non meglio identificato, forse Custoza, e due bottiglie di acqua.

Piacevolissima esperienza a pranzo di sabato in questa osteria, provata grazie alle buone recensioni di TA. Ambiente carino e pulito all'interno della Salionze vecchia, va detto con qualche difficoltà di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Personale di sala molto professionale e preparato, attento a ogni esigenza. Si coglie subito che dietro alla attività ci sono concetti chiari e ben orientati a fornire esperienze di qualità e benessere. Molta materia prima locale, anche pesce del lago, ben trattata. Si trovano anche preparazioni tradizionali difficili da scovare altrove. Proposte di qualità, a cominciare dal graditissimo pinzimonio che ti aspetta in tavola come stuzzichino iniziale: idea semplice ma che fa partire benissimo. Discreta la scelta di vini, anche locali. Prezzi equilibrati e direi molto buoni se rapportati alla qualità e al tipo di selezione delle proposte. Torneremo sicuramente ;)
