This is not a restaurant or even a tavern, it is a place of the heart. The staff, led by Monica, is all family-run. Never distracted, they are capable of putting you at ease as in an informal, almost familiar environment. Lunch or dinner flows pleasantly. From my point of view the most professional way between simply managing "a business" and making the difference to be true restaurateurs. The cuisine is local, delicious first courses and even better second courses. Worthy of a separate mention is Fiorentina which is sold by size and not by weight, you have to eat it! The wines are excellent, you will not find the famous Brunello or Barolo on the menu, but this does not detract from the validity of the labels present. All for a bill that struggles to exceed 30 euros per person (pizza and beer in other places...). If you are in the area, call to book a table and be pampered.
