Excellent restaurant with a very friendly welcome.
The cuisine is traditional and delicious.
The tiramisu was average. And the dry biscuits for dessert were rather uninteresting, which was a shame.
The wine prices were reasonable.
We had a very pleasant time.

I was in Venice for 3 days with a friend. We came for the last days of Carnival, and on our first day, we had already planned to come here for lunch... we were AMAZED by the deliciousness, so much so that we wanted to come back for dinner that same day. We had a mixed Venetian appetizer, split the black ravioli, and finally the cuttlefish in ink. We wanted to try typical dishes, and we were blown away by the deliciousness. The price was RIGHT, not high at all, especially for the quality of the food. Plus, you have the chef cooking right in front of you, and it's fantastic!
On the 3rd day after a visit to Burano, even though we were supposed to have lunch there, we decided we couldn't leave without returning to this restaurant, so we left even happier the second time.
We shared a cod appetizer, which the chef (owner, I assume) even modified by adding a sarda saor, pappardella, and cuttlefish. We also had wine, and dessert was vin santo with traditional biscuits made by a trusted pastry chef. They were delicious, you could taste and see they were handmade. The price surprised us once again!
If I ever return to Venice, I think I'll always come here.
Compliments for the food, the warm atmosphere, and especially the chef, who is fantastic. Since it was a quiet day, we chatted and had a great time!

A very good restaurant recommended by the Rough Guide. The welcome is warm, the food excellent. The dining room is small, which gives it an intimate feel. We loved this restaurant.

Small, cozy place. The waiter was very efficient and attentive, and the open kitchen gives it a homey feel. The food was good, the lasagna was tasty. For dessert, I ordered a pistachio coulant based on recommendations, and it was just meh, nothing special. If they revamped it, it could be a really good dessert, but I wouldn't order it for anything other than to take a picture.
The other pasta dishes and appetizers that I saw coming out of the kitchen looked very good.

The restaurant looks good, the atmosphere is comfortable, and we were intrigued by the reviews and the menu.
We had tagliolini with squid ink, which was truly excellent—I recommend it. The Venetian-style liver was good and tender, but we've had better. Unfortunately, we ordered the cod trio, which was listed as the main course. It was a disappointment, three measly samples for €22, and we didn't like it. I'm sorry, but I think some dishes are a safe bet, while others need to reconsider the portions and pairings. I don't think I'd go back, and the final price was actually a bit high for what was offered.
