Typical Brescian cuisine in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. We had lunch at Alba Chiara a few years ago, and since we had fond memories, we returned, confirming our impression: the flavors (from appetizers to dessert) dominate in a pleasant atmosphere. The house wine is also good.

A refined restaurant with a courtyard where outdoor tables are located. The cuisine is excellent, with a menu that isn't overly seasonal, as the dishes offered are mostly autumnal. The casoncelli with walnut sauce and the duck leg with polenta are very good, and the desserts include homemade tiramisu. The staff are friendly and professional. The highlight of our summer vacation between Lombardy and Trentino. What I loved most was the lively, summery atmosphere, as well as the owner's friendliness. We went for dinner and ordered green beans, perfect beef tartare, and Angus carpaccio. For the main course, stuffed guinea fowl, porcini mushroom stew, pork ribs in Bourbon sauce, and tajarin with ragu. The wine selection was extensive, and we ordered a bottle of Franciacorta from the Facchetti winery (€28). Amaro (sour) drinks were provided. A highly recommended experience in the Franciacorta region.

I discovered this osteria in 2018 and can confirm the high quality of its cuisine and service: If you want to experience an osteria that's worth seeking out because it's not on a busy road, but that will leave you amazed by what it offers, you absolutely must set your GPS—you won't regret it! The restaurant is located in the courtyard of an old farmhouse and has ample, convenient parking. The rooms are rustic, with wooden ceilings and comfortable tables that immediately convey a very pleasant sense of welcome. You can also eat outside under the portico. The service is friendly and competent, under the supervision of Silvano, who offers advice and suggestions on wines to pair with your order. The cuisine is refined and influenced by the local culinary culture, with impeccably prepared first and second courses featuring meat and generous portions. Conclude this culinary experience with the amaro that the osteria produces exclusively, and as you leave, you'll already be thinking about returning to try the other dishes on the menu.

We went to the Osteria three times during our vacation because the food was so delicious! And the staff was super friendly. You can't go wrong here :)
