Fabulous food, great service and a lovely quiet setting.
My wife had a tomato and parpadelle dish and I had the salmon trout linguine and both dishes were excellent. We had a couple of Aperol Spritz too and a basket of fresh bread.

We returned to Osteria Al Tagliere after three years and can confirm that it remains a trusted favorite.
The quality of the food is truly excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and excellent ingredients. Special thanks also to the Sardinian waiter, a fellow countryman of ours, who welcomed us with such kindness and warmth: it was a pleasure to chat and feel a little at home even in Turin.
If we return to the city, it will definitely be a regular stop. Congratulations!

The food was authentic and delicious. But, the customer service was not what I expected. As my wife and I followed the waiter to a table in front, our waiter was gestured to send us to another room. We were the only ones in that room until more unsuspecting “tourists” were sent in. I should have walked out at the point of the gesture, but I was then giving the benefit of doubt a chance. As the night wore on, it was obvious “the holding tank room” was not a priority. So, if you are not a “tourist” or one who is comfortable with segregation, this is a good place.

"Al tagliere" and "Casa Bellezzia" are a guarantee of quality in Turin's restaurant scene. Behind these establishments lies a great deal of hard work by the staff. I admit I know those who prepare the dishes with care and attention to the finest ingredients, and those who manage the dining room admirably, always with courtesy and a smile, all under the watchful eye of the owner, who has extensive experience in the field. These two establishments are definitely worth a try: Al tagliere if you're looking for a food and wine journey through Piedmontese cuisine, and Casa Bellezzia if you're looking for cuisine that caters to all tastes.
