Osteria Al Tagliere In Torino

Very nice restaurant. The pasta was good and the steak was fine.

Cozy, intimate, easy-going place. Relaxing atmosphere. As my first experience of Piedmontese cuisine it went very well. The dishes were tasty, well cooked and well presented.

unfortunately disappointing. The service and the ambience were very good but unfortunately the food was the opposite. The antipasti for starters were delicious. For the main course I cooked a veal steak “medium” - there was no sign of it (see picture). My colleague had the same thing - his came more or less raw. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back...

A magnificent setting, adorable staff and succulent cuisine to discover the specialties of Piedmont. My partner and I more than loved our evening!! A big thank-you !

Crowded place with very limited spaces, traditional food with abundant dishes and efficient table service if it weren't for the absurdity of what happened when we arrived at the place. As soon as I arrived (despite having checked beforehand whether I could bring my 2 small dogs) the waitress greeted me by saying: "couldn't you have left them in the car?!" Politely she was given no response other than a denial with a look. The not happy waitress returns to the table reopening the discussion and insisting on the fact that they should not be brought where there is food, asking the guests what was wrong with leaving them in the car, it was pointed out to her several times by everyone despite her insistence that the dogs can enter if allowed! Otherwise one would choose accordingly... obviously the discussion didn't end like this but I won't go into more detail... I think I respected the rules of the place and it wasn't nice to receive such a welcome!

We enjoyed tasting typical local dishes. The bagna cauda is very good, the agnolotti and the tajerin are excellent. Highly recommended

Ristorante visitato la sera di sabato 20 gennaio. L'ambiente è accogliente, il personale cortese. In due abbiamo ordinato un assaggio di 5 antipasti, un riso al blu di cuneo, un guanciale brasato con patate e un dolce. Mezza bottiglia di barbera acqua e caffè. Gli antipasti non mi hanno impressionato, ma soprattutto il guanciale non era tenero come mi sarei aspettato. Il tutto è stato piuttosto ordinario, nulla di particolarmente sbagliato, nulla di particolarmente riuscito. Conseguentemente il conto finale di 92 Euro (fondamentalmente per una cena completa) e' risultato eccessivo per quanto è arrivato a tavola.

Locale caratteristico, caldo e accogliente con camino. Consigliati la polenta concia e il ruchè. Unico neo: almeno il cameriere che ci ha servito non capiva un gran che di vini.
