We came across this tavern by chance in the direction of Lucca, seeing from Florence due to an accident on the highway. WONDERFUL place with covered parking with a pergola. The atmosphere inside takes you back to times when happy hours were spent at the tavern. We ate the local specialties served with courtesy and kindness. Garfagnina soup, tortelli with ragù, goose liver with leek sauce and roast potatoes. Rating: 10 I recommend it to everyone.

The name of the tavern, seen along the road, pushed us to stop and go in; pleasant surprise both for the menu and for the environment. Portions rather generous and of excellent quality. Price more than fair.

Very pleasant (historical) environment, perfect welcome, excellent food, perfect service, non-prohibitive prices... What can I say...10 and praise! Super recommended! The Garfagnina soup and the venison pappardelle are absolutely worth trying, but the meat second courses were also perfect... We will definitely be back!

Excellent food. The beef tartar is my best. Really amazing food, very tasty and well presented. The service is great as well. We loved the meat and the red wine. Very nice selection of red wine. Many thanks for this lovely dinner.

Tuvimos una gran cena esta noche. La comida es muy sabrosa y bien presentada. Servicio más que excelente. La comida es de muy buena calidad. Desde el entrante hasta el postre. También muy buena selección de vinos.

La comida era deliciosa! Estuve allí para una visita en solitario y he conducido por este restaurante muchas veces antes, pero nunca paró. Sin duda volveré cuando volvamos de nuevo en abril.

07/06/2025: Historic ice cream shop in Viareggio, a guarantee! The flavors are all delicious and change very frequently, the wafers are all handmade and gluten-free like all the ice cream flavors (except Cookies, one of the most iconic flavors of the ice cream shop)!

Street gourmet with a devastating selection of raw materials and decidedly generous dishes + strategic position with a pine forest and the sea just a stone's throw away (the "Gola" sandwich is in the top 3 of my life). At Marco you can enjoy yourself and it's always a pleasure to chat. Absolute King
