15/12/2024: I was in this restaurant for the first time, upon entering I immediately noticed a nice, very familiar environment, the place was very well looked after and harmonious, the staff were kind and friendly, the food was good, the prices were honest, I plan to return, congratulations on everything the staff.,
13/12/2024: Reluctantly I have to leave a partially negative rating.
If the dishes in the kitchen were plentiful, well prepared and with an excellent taste, the same judgment cannot be valid for the service.
I would like to point out that the evening took place and ended without any controversy of any form and with the bill being paid in full without any discount.
To accompany the dinner we chose a bottle of Valpolicella Superiore as well as a bottle of Durello chosen to start the dinner.
It is precisely with Valpolicella Superiore that the problem arose:
the wine poured into glasses immediately appeared with solid parts in suspension.
(See photo)
Having brought this fact to the attention of the dining room staff, nothing was proposed as a remedy, other than trying to decant the wine, a totally FAILED move.
I am very disappointed because I am convinced (maybe I'm wrong) that a bottle like this should be replaced and if proposed to even change the cellar, given that the problem will easily be present in all the bottles of the batch.
I think it is the restaurateur's duty to ensure that everything that arrives at the table is of the highest possible level, also guaranteeing the products of his suppliers.
It's unfortunate because in this case the bad impression is not only made by the winery but also by the restaurateur.

After the Owner's response, I would like to add that it is truly a shame that his attention only focuses on the opinion given in the review, I would instead have paid all my attention to what happened.
I'll try to explain what happened again.
We pointed out that in the bottle paid for €32 there was not a bit of background in suspension, but rather the wine was soaked in tartaric crystals like I had never seen before.
Out of politeness we never made demands (you change the bottle or anything else), on the contrary we regretfully accepted what was proposed by the dining room staff, without objecting and I underline, at the final bill we paid what was requested without batting an eyelid.
I repeat, I am aware that she did not produce the bottle of wine, but she sells it and knows perfectly well the quality and defects of each of them.
Having said this, given that his interest seems to be aimed only at evaluating his restaurant rather than improving what left his customers dissatisfied, I will immediately change the rating to 5 stars, so he will certainly be relieved.
Mine was meant as a suggestion.
Disappointed, thank you anyway for your response.
