Dinner at Carletto is an experience that I recommend, everything is super delicious, from the first and second courses offered to the bruschetta up to my favorite Pita Gyros always stuffed with delicious products. The selected beers are excellent and the desserts are superb! All always accompanied by very welcome Jazz music.

Historic place at the foot of the Berici hills, I went as a child with my parents and I returned today and a few months ago with my partner and our children. The place is unique, the garden is very nice and serene. The owner is always kind and helpful and very friendly even with children. We ordered a few beers and they have always been excellent, today we also ordered a first course of truffle gnocchi and we were delighted, the truffle of the hills was plentiful and delicious, a tasty dish. Truly a small corner of peace and taste. Congratulations to you and your work!

Historic place in Fimon.... evergreen for atmosphere and location. Very renovated since we were teenagers but always super charming... excellent bruschetta and also very good dishes. Efficient and helpful service. Absolutely perfect for a summer evening

25/01/2025: Having been to many other restaurants this one has exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and mouthwatering, and the restaurant itself is a nice mature place. I do believe that this restaurant is worthy of 5 stars. Not from myself as a customer on a review but perhaps from a food critic and on a Michelin Star.

23/01/2025: I feel like giving 5 stars for a place that shows so much attention to the customer and to the selection of raw materials! We took a cutting board which I highly recommend, you will have 6-7 types of cheeses and 6-7 types of cured meats, all special and selected, while as a first course we took the Valle d'Aosta baked lasagna (savoy cabbage, potatoes and fontina), which was also special. The price you pay is for the quality and quantity you eat, and I find it quite in line and not exaggerated. The staff is very knowledgeable, smiling, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely return and recommend it!
