Really nice tavern, we went as a group to visit the Reggia di Venaria. In addition to the proximity of the place I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and service, even though we were about 50 people. Everything was very good, the dessert was amazing. The only downside was the pigeons that came close, but this happens everywhere. If it happens again I would gladly go back.

We were in this beautiful place inside and with an enviable elegant and well-kept design about two weeks ago to eat a pizza and believe me I can't wait to go back again! Fabulous dough and very fresh ingredients, good farinata, all very digestible.. let's not talk about the fabulous breadsticks to say the least.. we even asked for a couple of breadsticks to take home.. for a fee of course. 😉

A welcoming corner in the heart of Venaria I had dinner at Osteria del Cantun, enjoying a risotto with Nebbiolo and a tender suckling pig with asparagus. The main course was really well executed, while the risotto, although aromatic and well creamed, was slightly too liquid. The setting is suggestive: you eat in an underground room with barrel vaults and exposed brick, a true tribute to the Piedmontese architectural tradition. A special mention goes to the waitress, whose bright smile and elegant friendliness made the experience even more pleasant. Quick and attentive service. Prices are perhaps a little high compared to the overall quality, but the atmosphere makes up for it.

Had lunch after visiting the palace. At the cost of €24 a good simple tourist lunch (1 appetizer, 1 first course, dessert) that satisfied us. Friendly staff and fast service. We ate outside in the square. Small flaw: the cover charge is €4 With drinks €58 for two

Muy bonita ubicación para este restaurante frente a la iglesia de Santa Anunciata, por 22 , 00 € Comí tres pequeños aperitivos un plato de ñoquis y postre tiramisù Mi esposa prefería el menú a la carta, comiendo un aperitivo y unos excelentes tagliolini con setas porcinas

Ottimo servizio. Personale cordiale e preparato. Noi abbiamo pranzato all'esterno, trovando un ambiente tranquillo e piacevole. Porzioni giuste e piatti gustosi. Da vegetariana sono rimasta soddisfatta delle opzioni proposte nel menu. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

26/05/2025: In occasione di alcuni impegni in Saluzzo abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione piemontese e dagli antipasti ai dolci tutto veramente ottimo !!! Se siete in zona Saluzzo ve lo consigliamo !!!
25/05/2025: Restaurant behind the main square of Saluzzo we tried both the pizza and a second course of meat. Both excellent. Maybe the place is a bit too crowded.... But it's definitely worth it

Rifugio Cruello

15/06/2025: A refuge made of people, kindness, smiles and good food. We went here on Saturday after a nice walk starting from Bobbio, as soon as we arrived the chef apologized saying that it is open but having no reservations for the day and since the place was empty at the time she was doing some chores, we told her to take it easy. After 2 minutes she brought us fresh water and glasses without us asking for anything, super appreciated! Then she set the table for us, we chose the appetizer plate and a first course, shortly after the dishes arrived, as well as being good and fragrant, beautiful to look at. The appetizers were super rich as you can see from the photos, it was abundant but above all delicious, everything well balanced, simple and genuine. The first course was also abundant and with a delicious sauce of cherry tomatoes and olives. We finished with a dessert, a cake with amaretti with apricot cream that was simply fantastic and obviously a coffee to go back down. All at a great price given the place, the tranquility and the goodness of the dishes. Highly recommended!
