Exceptional! The warm and welcoming welcome and friendliness made it feel comfortable. The quality and abundance of the food far exceeded the cost. We really enjoyed our stay. We will return to Valguarnera, this time to savor their dishes again. Congratulations!

Welcoming place, very friendly staff, and excellent service. The appetizer was rich and tasty. The macco di fave (a soup with fava beans) takes you back to the flavors of times gone by. The tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles was balanced. The veal tagliata was masterfully cooked, tender, and delicious. An experience I absolutely recommend and will repeat.

Today, on our way back from the Agira Outlet Village, we stopped at Al Canale in Valguarnera. It exceeded all expectations: macaroni with pork sauce and wild fennel, tripe with potatoes, and to finish (for a treat instead of dessert) a macco di fave (a soup with fava beans)... A warm welcome and great courtesy.

The service is always friendly and welcoming, as if you were among friends. The dishes are simple but prepared with love and fresh ingredients, a true pleasure for the palate. I highly recommend it.
