Another bullseye! Everything was excellent! Food, drinks, service (in Italian, as it should be! I hate switching to English just because someone isn't a native Italian speaker!!!) and atmosphere. No frills, just authentic Sicily! That's why you travel all that way! For nothing else! Grazie mille!!!

"Al Canale" undoubtedly confirms its position as one of the finest Sicilian restaurants. The quality of the ingredients is impeccable, and each dish is prepared exclusively to order, an increasingly rare and precious detail, given that many restaurants serve pre-made food. Here, culinary tradition meets authentic attention to taste: rich and spectacular first courses, exquisite second courses, and a cuisine that always stands out for its balance and flavor. What makes this restaurant truly special, however, is the extraordinary attention paid to customers. The staff, in addition to being extremely friendly and professional, demonstrates a rare sensitivity to every dietary requirement. Having a daughter with various allergies, I can say I can trust this restaurant with complete peace of mind: after numerous experiences here, I've always found the utmost attention to allergies, intolerances, vegetarians, and vegans. In the province of Enna, it's difficult to find a restaurant this elegant, impeccably clean, and organized with such professionalism. For work, I frequent many restaurants, often expensive and disappointing, where quality and hospitality leave much to be desired. At Canale, however, you get the exact opposite: an authentic, carefully curated, and top-notch experience. In my opinion, it's the best in the province and a model for many other establishments to follow. Ps. Our furry friends are welcome too!

Very good and authentic traditional dishes at truly competitive prices. The fava bean soup was delicious, and the leg of lamb was truly divine.
