Osteria al Borgo In Oneta

When we booked, the restaurant was already full but they still welcomed us by adding a small table. The place is very well kept and with a beautiful view of the valley. This time we chose pizza and, as I also told the pizza chef on the way out, it was the best I've eaten in many years: perfect dough, quality ingredients and perfectly dosed (no flavor covered the others, and there was it was even taleggio!), all accompanied by an aromatic and delicious beer. That evening there were a total of 9 dogs in the restaurant but all of them, including ours, were good alongside their owners. Despite the full house, however, we dined in peace and without being disturbed by unpleasant background noise.

Excellent solution for refreshment during a motorbike ride. Fantastic location and young but customer-friendly management. Breathtaking panoramic view. We had a good cold cuts platter with a top giardiniera. We found Casoncelli and polenta and taragna gnocchi a little too "delicate", in my opinion.

Cena di gruppo con 50 persone che insieme hanno ricordato una gita bellissima a Vienna e dintorni. Location invidiabile con una vista mazzafiato sulla vallata. Qualità ottima dei piatti serviti. Eccellente il risotto alle barbabietole con crema di taleggio e zucchine nonché gli gnocchi di taragna con gorgonzola ed ortiche. Torta calda deliziosa. Personale gentile e cortese. Disponibilità per tutta la serata della sala dove abbiamo potuto vedere un filmato in compagnia. Grazie per averci accolti e accontentati in tutto

Ristorante dallo stile rustico/elegante, molto ben tenuto, con una vista panoramica invidiabile. Una volta a tavola scegliamo: come primi, gnocchi di polenta taragna con ortiche e taleggio (semplice, rustico, saporito) e risotto alla barbabietola con taleggio e zucchine marinate al timo (delicato, ricercato, stuzzicante). Come secondi, tagliata di filetto ai funghi porcini (tradizionale, abbondante, gustosa) ed un guanciale di manzo irlandese al miele di castagne con polenta (tenerissimo, ben cotto, squisito). Ampia carta dei vini, buona scelta sui dolci. Servizio preciso, con tempi giusti e mai invadente. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. P.s. Utile sapere che alla sera (ma solo alla sera), grazie all’accensione del bel forno a legna, il ristorante si trasforma anche in pizzeria e le pizze sono ottime.
