12/05/2025: Given that, the service tends more towards 4 stars than three. Booked for 9.00pm, 9.30pm table not yet available, the person who manages the reservations was not present so at the entrance there were people who had booked and were waiting and people who had to pay creating chaos and a feeling of being forgotten. Many waiters passed by so I assume the situation was well known. The evening was resolved and well, ate well, giving up an inside seat to eat outside in a heated environment. Specifically, well aware that everything was caused by an unexpected event and having said this, these are things that can happen, a piece of advice, the person who manages the tables and reservations must always be present and, if necessary, warn of any delays by providing alternatives. We waited 30 minutes and with us there were elderly people and a small child. I would have preferred to be notified and in case I would have gone elsewhere, instead of looking for someone for information and stopping passing waiters who knew nothing. I would have given it 4 stars, everything else top
