Workers are very caring and atmosphere is great, they do mix table but everyone is friendly and we have a great time...food is great too

Amazing experience from start the finish! Must book well in advance. We had the second seating and we arrived to a crowd out on the street. So we are all milling around wondering what is to come. As the first seating is departing, they begin calling out phone numbers and then names. It felt like winning a prize as you entered. Table sharing with 9 to 10 others at a long table becomes a social gathering. The Florentine steaks are the stars of the show and such a ridiculous value. They bring out the one they are going to serve you and you approve it. The two of us shared one about 1.5 kg, plus a couple of starters, sides, bread and a very large carafe of red house wine. Everything during the two hours was perfect. The owner had a great sense of humor and laid down the specifics, one glass for both wine and water which encouraged water consumption! It was a very enjoyable night and conversations with people we just met bonding over food and wine in a special setting.

I've never eaten such a good Florentine steak...

We've been missing this beautiful corner of traditional Italy for 15 years. The food is divine, the atmosphere is perfect, and the prices are also... 5 stars more than deserved. L'Oste is a true legend.

Worth a try. You'll share tables with other customers, creating a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. The cuisine is typical Tuscan, suitable for both meat eaters and non-meat eaters. The atmosphere is intimate, so I recommend booking in advance.

Excellent quality meat at an incredible price! A 2.5-kilo rib-eye steak, devoured by three of us in record time. Buttery, tasty, tender, and yet lean, I couldn't resist picking it off the bone and crunching it by hand. The sides were also spectacular. I recommend the chard and eggplant caponata. Fast service and incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommended. I can't wait to go back! 😍🥩

More than a restaurant, I'd say it's an experience. It's a perfect value for money. It's a unique location where you can share your dinner with others... I'll be back, but it's not a restaurant for everyone.

Great steak and the best prices around don’t be put off by the shared tables it means you put your phones away and talk to others. Friendly family and staff who have the concept of dining here perfect 👏👏👏. Ensure you book a couple of days in advance

Siamo tornati in questa osteria dopo parecchio tempo e abbiamo constatato che nulla è cambiato : si mangia bene (ottima la fiorentina) e si spende il giusto.

Ancora una volta sopra le aspettative. La fiorentina di Giulio è a dir poco eccezionale, una qualità rara, gli affettati non industriali ti riportano ai vecchi sapori. Poi un elogio alla velocità e serietà nel sevizio. Super consigliato
