Superlative Fiorentina. Osteria that respects traditions in the center of Montepulciano. Certainly in addition to having delicious cuisine, it is also an experience.

The BEST bistecca fiorentina I’ve ever had! Initially, I was a bit skeptical because of a previous not-so-great experience with rare meat. But the owner confidently said, ‘Try it our way,’ so I did—and now I’m dreaming of coming back for another steak! 🥩
Also, the prices are incredibly friendly! Previously, I tried bistecca fiorentina at another place—it was almost twice as expensive and not nearly as tasty.
Just a heads-up: reservations are a must, and shared tables are part of the experience. I wasn’t expecting it, but it ended up being fun. Highly recommended!

All very good even if the sauces and livers lacked a kick, not very tasty, the cured meats fabulous, grilled Florentine steak excellent but it wasn't Tuscan but French. Impeccable service and price. I would definitely go back.

L’Osteria è tappa fissa per gustare una bistecca super! Giulio è sempre l’Oste perfetto, tra consigli e ironie ti guida nella scelta della carne.

Osteria di una volta, si mangia in tavoli con altri commensali a caso. Oste preparato e simpatico, conosce molto bene. Il suo mestiere. Ci hanno consigliato l’osteria per la Fiorentina e che dire ottima e soprattutto a un prezzo incredibile.
Da tornarci sicuramente.
Bellissima serata ad un tavolo con una coppia Americana.
