I can’t think of a time I have written this…..JUST GO! Order the steak, get the house wine, oh and don’t forget the smoked Burrata, and the pecorino with pears or truffle. The puddings are insane.
This place is just insanely good, amazing value, and I love the one glass rule!!!!!

Rustic and convivial environment where the tables are attached to each other and you eat close to other people, traditional first and appetizers with rigorously handmade pasta, everything of extremely high quality, friendly service with the lady who brought us water for the dog and also some freshly cooked meat, thank you, we appreciated it, and then his majesty the Florentine cut and cooked to perfection.
In short, everything was perfect

It's a welcoming place. Cool in summer and warm in winter.
The waiters arrived to take orders very quickly.
The food is space, in fact it is very crowded.
Dogs are welcome and even bring them food and water.

Booked for mid-August, recommended because the dining room is small. I ate very well: livers, pici with wild boar and ossobuco, all excellent. Advise.

Amazing meal, booking is necessary as the small osteria get booked out very quickly (people get turned away at the door so full it always is)
All dishes are very tasty and big portions, the fiorentina though is the best I ever had, very tender, perfectly cooked and salted, really high quality
The owner work the floor and cut the meat, he first discuss the size of it, cut it (you can see him and hear the knife as well) and bring it to you to show before cooking it at perfection
He heard him speak a very good English to the tables next to us (I am Italian so not necessary with my family)

Super positive experience in this tavern. The environment was small and rustic, we had a half plate of superlative pici and the 1.61kg Fiorentina which melted in the mouth. Super recommended! We will definitely be back to try the rest. Fortunately, since there were two of us, we had no difficulty making a reservation for lunch in the morning, but as the place has only a few seats, I recommend booking in advance. Super honest prices, we spent 90 euros for two with desserts and wine, but if you want you can spend much less by not taking the Fiorentina

Osteria di una volta, si mangia in tavoli con altri commensali a caso. Oste preparato e simpatico, conosce molto bene. Il suo mestiere. Ci hanno consigliato l’osteria per la Fiorentina e che dire ottima e soprattutto a un prezzo incredibile.
Da tornarci sicuramente.
Bellissima serata ad un tavolo con una coppia Americana.

Un vero posto all’italiana: il proprietario ti fa sentire a casa dopo due secondi, ti siedi in tavoli lunghi e condivisi, la carne è spaziale.
