Giulio's Florentine steak is unbeatable, accompanied by a good Nobile di Montepulciano. Excellent fresh homemade pasta and Tuscan legumes. Excellent cheeses.

It's best to book in advance, the meat is excellent, the host shows you the cut of Florentine steak you'll be served, and if you like it, the food is excellent. What can I say, you have to go at least once, twice, or three times to enjoy all the delicacies on offer. We'll definitely be back!

We stumbled upon this place during a road trip and it was the highlight of our journey! Even in the low season (late December), a reservation is definitely required, but we decided to wait and see. The host was incredibly kind, she managed the queue beautifully and let us know she’d seat us if any bookings didn't show. We got lucky and were seated quickly! The food was outstanding. The Fiorentina steak was delicious, and the pici pasta was super tasty. It’s a very communal, traditional experience where you share a table with other guests. We loved the rustic touch of the staff drawing the explanation of the steak cuts directly on the paper tablecloth and even calculating the bill right there! The only slightly odd thing was being asked to drink both our water and wine from the same glass, which felt a bit unusual, but it didn't take away from the great meal. Overall, a fantastic, high-energy dining experience. Just remember to book ahead if you can!

One of the best places I have been for for a local Italian 🇮🇹 restaurant for steak. The steak fiorentina is absolutely delicious... the atmosphere 👌 is great ... the service outstanding 👏... Will certainly be back when in Tuscany the next time ....
