Osteria 101 is a welcoming, characterful place. It offers traditional dishes enhanced with a personal flair that's so effective that they become innovative, simply and effortlessly. I had the cabbage soup, the beef stew with apples, and the paprika chicken. Each dish had an authentic flavor, reminiscent of old family recipes, but with a touch of professional flair. The restaurant is run by young people with a strong desire to do things right. And they succeed with flying colors.

Practically the only tavern in the area where they treat you with warmth and professionalism. They work with love, a rarity! The guys really do an excellent job. The prices are more than fair.

We had lunch there two days in a row, the food was exceptionally good and the staff were extremely professional and friendly, we will definitely be back.

The place needs improvement, both in terms of atmosphere and overall cleanliness and order. Decent food, very reasonable prices. Friendly waiters. It's a shame about the building. There's no need to renovate; just sit at the table and see for yourself through the eyes of a customer.

Incredible restaurant. Located in the stunning Tuscan forests. Delicious, rustic dishes, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Warm, welcoming atmosphere (it's wonderful to eat next to the chef). You can tell it's a place run with passion and care. When I return to Tuscany, it'll be a must-visit. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful place. Mattia was incredibly kind and helpful, even though he was managing the entire place alone. It's one of the few places where the menu is still passed down orally and the dishes are made to order, not in a cookie-cutter, fixed format. This is also why I imagine the dishes are quite volatile, but the pici with pumpkin cream and the chestnut cream are incredible. He even managed to put a candle on the cake when he knew it was a birthday. The price was more than fair; in fact, everyone was perplexed by the bill after the 150 dishes each we ordered. Thanks Mattia, I hope to return soon.

For us, it's now a tradition to eat at Osteria 101 whenever we're in the area. Mattia's friendliness and kindness are the perfect backdrop to the excellent food.

I went there with some family friends. It was a very nice place, and the fireplace warmed the room nicely. The dishes were delicious, with excellent, quality ingredients. I'd love to come back!
