Excellent value for money for a restaurant that offers Roman cuisine

We had a great time. We had dinner for two. A first course, a second course and two side dishes.

An osteria that offers typical dishes. We had dinner tasting different specialties. The products used were excellent even if the dishes, very abundant, did not make us say wow. The staff was excellent, very friendly and kind. Prices a bit expensive

Dinner friends then pizza stop because at a certain point they won't bring it to you anymore hahaha

Delicious lunch, an appetizer with cheese and honey, 2 abundant and very good pasta dishes (the cacio e pepe was excellent), ricotta mousse and pear and chocolate tart + water and a bottle of wine for about €35 per person (a little less). Polite and friendly owners and staff. Recommended

Typical Roman restaurant in the heart of Pigneto, absolutely recommended. I recommend the bruschetta with chicken liver paté as an appetizer, one of the best appetizers I've ever eaten. The carbonara also deserves a special mention, not to mention the homemade desserts. A must try!

Inizio del Pigneto ristorante di cucina romana. Portato da amici frequentori abituali che me ne ne hanno sempre parlato bene. Locale piccolo semplice tipico di in una trattoria. Pur essendo durante la settimana quasi tutto pieno. Ci facciamo consigliare dalla proprietaria. Antipasti salumi e formaggi nella media (meglio i formaggi accompagnati da miele e confettura). Ottima porchetta cucinata da loro devo dire la cosa che mi ha colpito di più. Buono il soufflé di fave. Per secondo ho preso il pollo alla cacciatore con olive. Discreto. Ho assaggiato il coscio di maialino al latte che ha preso mia moglie veramente ottimo. Per contorno carciofo alla giudia immangiabile duro e ciancicoso.I miei amici hanno preso i primi che mi dicono essere il cavallo di battaglia del ristorante veramente tipici della cucina romana. Porzioni discrete. Vino della casa imbottigliato nella media (da tavola dei castelli romani). Servizio troppo presente sempre alla ricerca di conferme. Prezzo leggermente sopra la media della zona. Sinceramente mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio ma nel complesso si può fare. . Tornerò per provare i primi.
