An osteria with a fabulous view of the university part of Venice. A cozy atmosphere on the edge of Giudecca shore. The oysters and Aparol Spritz are particularly recommended. I would call it an insider tip. Price performance is right, highly recommended. Coperto 4 Eur is also reasonable.

We found this charming restaurant when we went to visit the Gold Jewellry exhibit on Giudecco. I had the lasagna with white sauce and I can say without doubt that it is the best pasta I have ever had. Staff were pleasant and responsive and we very much enjoyed sitting on the boardwalk and watching the water buses and other water traffic go by. A true gem and well worth a visit.

To enjoy an exceptional setting with a view of Venice but without the crowds, don't hesitate to stop at this restaurant to taste the cichetti and other pastas. A server who speaks French and is very pleasant. Reasonable prices, very good value for money. Downside for me: No squid ink pasta (although ours is on the menu) even though I wanted to taste this specialty.

A year ago I thought it was very nice, but today it's rather disappointing. Spritz for 6 euros and the cicchetti in the display had already seen cooler days. The view over the canal is nice, but I'll look for something else on the Guidecca. It's a shame ☹️

Some of the best service we had in Venice. Very friendly staff, and the food was good. Great views of the water, and I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are staying close by at the Hilton.

Under the wise advice of the Venetians, I went to this bar with my husband and my children, all delighted with the welcome, the atmosphere and the service. I recommend it in my turn, ending our Venetian stay with an osteria typical of the region could not have pleased me so much 😊

Very pleasant little terrace, the young waiter is just as pleasant. Very cute and speaks French. I recommend! Pierre-Antoine and I will come back!

28/08/2024: Everything perfect! A great success if you come to Venice. Excellent food and presentation, that spectacular homemade pepperoncino sauce... the service of the waiters was 10. We were there the night of the 27th having dinner with a group and I can't say anything more than bravo for the hospitality, kindness and good faces despite arriving late. Bravo
14/08/2024: I have been visiting this restaurant since 2011, and I couldn't be more grateful for how they always treat my customers. They are in all the details. The food, according to the menu you choose, is always of quality, and they have many options. The services included, you don't get any surprises at the end when they bring the bill. Thank you, Domenico and the amazing team that works there.

22/09/2023: As always, excellent food like in my childhood, friendly service and reasonable/cheap prices. (The 4 of us stayed in Bibione for a week and ate here about 4 times. Mostly with a starter, main course + dessert)
