The helpfulness of the staff is the best ingredient! Excellent service and revisiting of traditional cuisine dishes. Very suggestive place and steeped in history. Well done Toni (the owner) who brings the hilltop village of Maranola to life!

An unmissable stop: a place where the cuisine reflects the authentic soul of Maranola, a jewel of a village that deserves to be discovered... just like its flavors.
In the kitchen, Susy manages to enhance the typical local products with simple dishes but full of character: the spaghettoni with broccoli pesto, Maranola bacon and pecorino cheese are one of my favorite dishes! In the dining room, Tony always welcomes you with a smile, rare attention and great professionalism in recommending the right wine, enhancing each course with the perfect pairing.
Quality, genuine atmosphere and honest prices. A place that tells the story of the territory with passion ❤️🔥 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

After many months we finally managed to find a day during our vacation to spend an evening at the Osteria.
The appetizer alone is worth the evening: parmigiana, beans (incredible), vegetables, omelette.
Pasta with original and really tasty broccoli pesto.
Thank you so much for the wonderful evening.

Locale veramente caratteristico, cibo ottimo, Oste e personale gentilissimo , qualche attesa più lunga per esserci trovati "nel momento culminante della scena travolgente" (cit. Dove sta' Zazza'), ma le pietanze hanno compensato. Per dire qualcosa...dolce (tra quelli assaggiati) migliorabili.

Siamo riusciti ad assaporare i piatti di questo locale dopo diversi tentativi di prenotazione vista l'enorme richiesta durante i weekend! Veramente una cucina delicata con materie prime di altissima qualità che vanno a comporre dei piatti stagionali davvero squisiti, l'oste nonche proprietario il signor Tony davvero disponibile a spiegare al meglio il menù e le sue pietanze più richieste! Consiglio l'antipasto del pastore davvero completo e delizioso! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e mi raccomando prenotate in largo anticipo!
