I went there this year for the first time by pure chance following the signs scattered everywhere.
It was a nice surprise, the place was very cool and the host was kind.
Very varied menu.
If you are in those parts I recommend you go.

Characteristic place, with exposed stones and wooden beams, where you can enjoy delicious dishes prepared focusing on local first fruits, a good quality/price ratio. The manager knows how to describe the dishes and their preparation well, thus enticing the palate. The stuffed rabbit roll and the pork chop were very delicate and tasty, the starter a real start. However, since it is small in size, it is advisable to book, I was lucky because I was alone with my son and it was the beginning of the week.

Fantastic little restaurant tucked away in the most picturesque old Italian hilltop village. The owner couldn't have been friendlier despite my poor Italian and the food was amazing and good value. DONT TRY AND DRIVE TO THE DOOR - the streets are ridiculously narrow (even by Italian standards) and there's no parking. Instead use the free car park on the bend on the way into the old village, then its a beautiful 5 min walk through the ancient cobbled streets. Follow the signs to Ostaria 42. The mixed chefs appetisers were delicious and were plenty for starter for family of 4.

Suggestive location among the alleys of Maranola. The food was excellent, from starters to dessert.
The owner is very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent service.
I recommend trying it.

È stata una bella serata. Dapprima abbiamo visitato il borgo dopo la cena è stata deliziosa con Tony che ci ha spiegato gli ingredienti dei piatti scelti accompagnandoli con un buon vino rosso.

Osteria nel vero senso della parola. Oste molto cordiale e professionale, direi anche veloce essendo da solo per il servizio ai tavoli. Tempi di attesa normali, locale caratteristico, pietanze buone. Il conto un pò caro, perlomeno rispetto ai prezzi indicati nella foto qui presente su tripadvisor.
