We were delighted to hear the host's suggestions for dishes.
The mixed antipasto was a bit spicy but very varied in flavor. The meatballs and roulades were full of flavor.
The hospitality and courtesy, along with a smile, completed the picture.

A wonderful discovery!
We visited Ostaria Castello 43 and loved everything about it! We started with the house antipasto, then tried the mezzeri rigatoni with zucchini flower pesto—truly delicious—and finally a perfectly cooked Irish beef steak, tender and flavorful, and impeccably cut.
But beyond the spectacular food, I want to highlight the owner's hospitality: genuine, passionate, and enriched by his stories and experiences, which he shared with great generosity. We would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Excellent food, everything tastes good and is very varied. The atmosphere is fantastic; everything is made with love and passion, and you can taste it. Tony, the owner, and the blonde lady in the kitchen are truly exceptional. Even with our small child, they showed us every detail. We'll definitely be back!

Locale veramente caratteristico, cibo ottimo, Oste e personale gentilissimo , qualche attesa più lunga per esserci trovati "nel momento culminante della scena travolgente" (cit. Dove sta' Zazza'), ma le pietanze hanno compensato. Per dire qualcosa...dolce (tra quelli assaggiati) migliorabili.

Siamo riusciti ad assaporare i piatti di questo locale dopo diversi tentativi di prenotazione vista l'enorme richiesta durante i weekend! Veramente una cucina delicata con materie prime di altissima qualità che vanno a comporre dei piatti stagionali davvero squisiti, l'oste nonche proprietario il signor Tony davvero disponibile a spiegare al meglio il menù e le sue pietanze più richieste! Consiglio l'antipasto del pastore davvero completo e delizioso! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e mi raccomando prenotate in largo anticipo!
