An institution. Unique, the quality of the ingredients is evident, and the attention to detail and cleanliness are testament to meticulous, disciplined work. The pizza dough is truly unique. Kudos to Massimo and the entire team. And if you happen to have to wait during peak hours, it's always worth it in the end.

Delicious pizza, thin and dry dough despite the fior di latte mozzarella. Overall, the pizza is light and tasty. Last but not least, you can't taste the yeast or fermented dough (which I've unfortunately found in many pizzerias). So what can I say? Excellent pizza, and above all, at super affordable prices.
