Had a fantastic meal here today to break up our 5 hour hike. The staff were so lovely and accepting of our dogs. We ate very well, very much enjoyed the truffle pastas, bean soup, and bruschetta. We would happily come back again.

Ristorante in uno dei paesini più belli dell’Umbria. Panorama assicurato sia se si mangia all’esterno che se si mangia all’interno del locale. Ottimi i primi piatti fatti in casa e i secondi con carne molto buona e ben cucinata. Dall’antipasto al dolce abbiamo mangiato molto bene con prezzi Nella media. Probabilmente le uniche cose da rivedere sono la cura del servizio, che con operatori stagionali non eccelle, e la cura del locale interno. Per la qualità del cibo penso che si possa dire ben poco in quanto è tutto ottimo.

Il luogo è incantevole e caratteristico, per una domenica soleggiata di settembre perfetto. Il menù è tradizionale con qualche aggiornamento, di ottima qualità e di ottimo gusto. Il prezzo è più che onesto. Ma questi aspetti già li conoscevo, oggi una menzione particolare va al giovane cameriere: gentile, rispettoso, sempre presente ma mai invadente, sorridente e socievole, professionale in ogni aspetto e attento ai minimi dettagli. Tenetevelo stretto.

My favourite restaurant in the world. My Granny took us here growing up. It was her favourite spot and she adores the family who own and run it. The most beautiful spot to eat overlooking the hills. The truffle chicche is the dish I would choose as my last meal. It is incredible!

17/02/2025: Informal restaurant, courteous dining room staff. On the menu there are traditional dishes and some particularities in the proposals of the day. I shared some very good fried starters, not at all obvious (each with a different flavour), a trio of very good supplì, a good slice of Angus with rocket and balsamic, gorgonzola and walnut tagliatelle, excellent spaghetti carbonara, venison carpaccio with wild berries and very particular and excellent balsamic. The portions are generous and the value for money is excellent. Compliments.
