My favourite restaurant in the world. My Granny took us here growing up. It was her favourite spot and she adores the family who own and run it. The most beautiful spot to eat overlooking the hills. The truffle chicche is the dish I would choose as my last meal. It is incredible!

Excellent value for money. Very good food. The truffle goodies are excellent. Location with a beautiful view of the mountains surrounding Santa Maria in Tiberina.

A beautiful, typical map of the region. We took off the menu but these are nevertheless interesting. Simple but good. The general atmosphere (we ate inside) is a little too old-fashioned for my taste and a little maintenance wouldn't be too much trouble. The terrace must surely offer another experience. The village is magnificent.

We were married in beautiful Monte Santa Maria Tiberina this weekend and had drinks and antipasti at Oscari after the ceremony. The amazing views from the terrace only made the occasion better, but the food, drink and service from the staff was also top notch. I would recommend anyone visiting the area should call in, sample the food and take in the amazing atmosphere and views

14/08/2024: During our stay in Spoleto we received the tip to eat here. We have eaten here seven times. It is a small menu with all local specialties. All, one by one, really delicious dishes. Service is super attentive and the chef is phenomenal. The chef always comes by for a chat or to see if you are enjoying yourself. If we are ever in Umbria again, we will definitely go back to Chateau de Pep!
