O'Saraceno In Lignano sabbiadoro

A pizzeria and restaurant located just off the main street of Lignano Sabbiadoro, offering a varied menu ranging from pizza, rigorously baked in a wood-fired oven, to desserts expertly prepared by the owner's wife, from homemade first courses, some served pan-fried, to hearty grilled meats and fish. Limoncello after coffee is always a welcome treat! For dessert, I recommend the meringue pie or the babà... ...or both!!! Friendliness, courtesy, and fair prices are always guaranteed. Dogs are welcome and welcome, and a bowl is provided. Well done!!! Update: none!!! Always good, and everything is delicious!!!!

Today, August 16, 2025, I went to this restaurant with my family. After a thoughtful recommendation from the waiter, we ordered three plates of scialatielli allo scoglio. The dishes arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered them and were plentiful and full of seafood. The dish was very tasty and filling, the pasta/seafood ratio was excellent, and the pasta sauce was very flavorful. In addition to this first course, we ordered 1/2 liter of white wine, a still water, and a coffee. In addition to our order, they brought us a small glass of limoncello each and some biscuits. We spent €76.20 (€25.40 per person). A highly rated restaurant, we'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect: courtesy, quality, and atmosphere. We visited this restaurant for dinner and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, always available and friendly without ever being intrusive. We also really appreciated the table setting, which was carefully designed and equipped for every need, making everything even more comfortable. The setting is very pleasant, well-decorated, and has a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for both a dinner with friends and a more intimate occasion. We ate a truly delicious mussel sauté, flavorful and well-balanced. Furthermore, the pizza was very good, with fresh ingredients and a light, digestible dough. To top it all off, the house wine proved to be a perfect choice to accompany the dishes. We will definitely be back and recommend it without hesitation!

Cena con amici pizza davvero buona con prodotti di ottima qualità. Il fritto misto davvero buonissimo e per chi vuole assaggiare i famosi scialatielli li sono fatti in casa e davvero ottimi. Personale accogliente e posto a due passi dal mare. ☀️
