The entire place smells strongly of fish. The sushi is good, but fairly standard. Some of the dishes aren't particularly appealing (grilled shrimp, salmon tacos with toasted almonds). As for Chinese cuisine, the grilled dumplings are very good. The first order is very quick, the second is quite slow.

It turns out to be the best local sushi restaurant in Viterbo. The quality of the dishes is top-notch, very fresh and refined. The environment is well-kept and clean.
It's worth noting that the employees wear uniforms, which is very important and a sign of professionalism.

We went for lunch. The food was excellent, but the service was very slow! The place wasn't
even full, being Thursday. We waited 45 minutes for our last two orders! We canceled one and paid the bill.

The food will be good for the little I managed to eat because after 25 minutes the dishes don't arrive and then everything arrives at once the hot food is served to you cold and the cold one first went around the room because evidently they don't know the numbers on the tables

Dire che nell'insieme siamo stati male, non lo posso dire. Certo però che non siamo stati neanche benissimo. Capisco che il locale era affollato, ma che le ordinazioni arrivassero senza logica e senza ordine, mi sembra poco corretto. Il cibo poi non è male, ma dopo un po' tutto sembra avere lo stesso sapore. Ripeto, Non siamo stati male, ma a Viterbo penso ci sia di meglio .

Il locale è molto bello e pulito .Sashimi freschissimo,ottimi i fritti che arrivano bollenti(in altri ristoranti arrivano freddi)
