Sono stato a pranzo dopo una lunga chiusura per ristrutturazione, sicuramente a livello di design è cambiato moltissimo in meglio, il servizio è stato abbastanza veloce. Essendo un cliente abituale di Osaka prima della grande ristrutturazione, non ho riscontrato grandi cambiamenti nella qualità della cucina, che rimane nella media. Consigliato.

Ottima esperienza all'Osaka Sushi di Viterbo. Locale completamente rinnovato, moderno e piacevole, ma soprattutto nuova cucina. Ottima. C'ero stato circa un anno fa, ed ero rimasto abbastanza deluso, se non disgustato, Adesso è quasi tutto buonissimo. Naturalmente non vi aspettate alta cucina giapponese, visto che è pur sempre un AYCE , ma il pesce è buono, fresco, di buona qualità e lavorato bene. Qualche pecca sui piatti in tempura e sui fritti cinesi, che sono ovviamente tutti surgelati. Però nel complesso un'ottima esperienza. Bravi .
