Fusion restaurant with a fairly mediocre AYCE formula, both in terms of environment and quality of food. The salmon sashimi was really tasteless, the rolls normal. I also tried some Chinese dishes (spring rolls and udon), I don't recommend them.

I am Japanese and I must say that the sushi at this "Osaka" restaurant is undoubtedly the best among all the "all you can eat" restaurants in Bologna! The sashimi is incredibly fresh, and the rice is cooked to perfection, light and firm, just like in Japan. The service is fantastic, the waiters are super friendly.
