ORVM Bar In Roma

We celebrated the New Year 2025 with our family at this hotel. The event was wonderfully organized. With live music and a DJ. The hall was beautifully decorated. A buffet for every taste. The staff was helpful. The rooms were large, a bit old. The location was excellent. The breakfasts were also wonderful. The impressions were the best.

Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. The room service was also top notch.

Great hotel, staff very nice. Enjoyed our stay, was very comfortable and close enough to many attractions. Very palatial.

First of all, it is an old hotel. I haven't been to other hotels in Rome, so I don't know if this facility is suitable for this price, but it's not that good. There's a fitness center, sauna, swimming pool, etc., but when I go there, I feel like something is missing. I did not see it or use it.

We had an overall lovely stay at the hotel with concierge and receptionists, with a caveat of one person who ruins it. The breakfast was pretty decent however what made it dreadful was the bald Italian guy at the hotel breakfast desk who was absolutely rude, not just to us but others too. Ironically, he also never wore a name badge - I wonder why? We woke up slightly later one morning and went downstairs for breakfast at around 10:45am which seemed to have really annoyed him. He very abrasively said that “They open at 7am and just for you, we’ll keep the breakfast running until 7pm huh - if you want food now go and order room service”. This is completely unnecessary and poor service. I brushed it aside because it’s totally unnecessary and I want to have my breakfast in peace. As a guest, whether I come down for breakfast at 7am or 10am, it shouldn’t matter - there is no good reason to be rude to guests. Anyway, aside from the no badge Italian guy, people such as Walther, Edwin and the young lady were very positive and polite, kept guests happy and the breakfast running like clockwork, ensuring everything and guests were well stocked.

An unforgettable experience thanks to the kindness and thoughtful service. Here to celebrate, we were greeted by the most welcoming concierge, and were even upgraded in our rooms. The buonanotte cioccolatini di Torino was the most decadent complimentary hotel sweet I’ve tried. I hope to return soon.
