Dinner at fish bar ortigia was very nice. Fresh gamberoni grilled, fritura calamari also very good. A quiet place a bit outside the busy city. Emily Service and accomodating for portions for kids.

I'll be back every time I come to Ortigia! Amazing food (the caponata and linguine Vigliena are legendary!) Beautiful and welcoming place, fast and very friendly service! Then, just outside the door is the fort with a view of the castle, and you can take a walk to digest! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is a great little restaurant. Does what it says on the door - great seafood. The swordfish steak with pistachio was exceptional. Highly recommended for seafood lovers.

expertly prepared fresh fish food. Staff has probably the best English in all of Sicily and is funny and in a great mood probably the most real and authentic thing you can find in Ortigia if you sit on the street, cats will come to ask for food. We didnt mind but the couple next to us did

We loved this place. Small cozy yet it is full of warmth. Wished the menu had more choices but with what they had it was very tasty and fresh. Loved their fried stuffed sardines with pine nuts and raisins. Their server was amazing and very friendly. Would definitely go back again.

08/01/2026: Very nice vegan spot. I stopped by for dessert and enjoyed a quiet moment on the couch with a cappuccino and a vegan cannolo. While I personally prefer the traditional version, I’m glad I tried it. The lady there was very kind and welcoming. I’d be curious to try their food next time, despite the mixed reviews.
