An unforgettable birthday gift!! We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Hotel Metropole, and everything was perfect. It's a hotel with special charm, history, and good taste in every detail. The staff is attentive, helpful, and helped me organize my surprises. Many thanks to the entire Hotel Metropole team for your attention and for hosting this precious Venetian gem that has transported us to another era! We stayed in two types of rooms: the suite with a view of the Lagoon and the suite with a terrace and lagoon views; both were wonderful! A special mention also to the kitchen. They made an exquisite birthday cake and also excellent pasta. Without a doubt, if we return to Venice, we will stay at Hotel Metropole again! Susana Lopez

A truly charming and classy historic building, just steps from San Marco. The staff is professional, yet attentive to guests' needs and family-like. The restaurant is worth trying, with an interesting and high-quality menu. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended

We keep returning here all the time, i love the atmosphere, the oriental gothic decor and the service is impecable too! We always do canal side room, those are peaceful and beautifully furnished Breakfast is heavenly, i always eat too much fruit because its so good! Because of it's mystical athmosphere this is my favourite hotel in Venice 🫖🕊

The most amazing stay! We absolutely loved Hotel Metropole, Venezia! It is the perfect location - close to everything but, not overcrowded when you step outside so it is super tranquil. We were lucky enough to be upgraded. Our room overlooked the smaller canal and we could also see out to the Grand Canal. Hotel Metropole has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay in the most gorgeous room. The breakfast was something else in a very private garden setting...away from the busy streets and canals. We would definately stay here again and would highly recommend the hotel - you won't be disappointed! You must have provided something very special for us as my partner asked me to marry him while we were in Venice!

Research, sensitivity and attention to detail are undoubtedly the Management's objectives but also embraced by all the staff. No one excluded. What's more, they made us feel at home...

The hotel boasts an exceptional location and refined decor. It exudes all the Venetian charm, very elegant and full of character. Our room had a beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view. There was a slight ammonia smell, but the charm of the place quickly made us forget it. I obviously recommend the rooms on the 4th floor! The arrival via the private pontoon also adds a magical touch. As for the private spa and garden, they will simply leave you speechless.
