The place is clean, small, really quiet (a little music would be good) and in a good zone, especially for those who want to get a classic "Italian apperitivo" after work.
I tried what was most safe for me, with a gluten allergy; meat and zucchini.
The meat was perfectly cooked, no strange sauce: just oil salt and pepper and super delicious zucchini! (32€+usual tax 2€+ water/wine)
The waitress is speaking fluently Italian and English, very sweet and fast.

A small pearl of serenity in the heart of Milan. Private, welcoming place, with a wonderful retro taste... similar to our grandmothers' homes.

Very courteous but reserved service. Tasty and enough pasta (tagliatelle) for a good price. Price/performance top. A rather quiet place where you can have a pleasant conversation with muted music.

Situé au nord du Corso Garibaldi, ce petit restaurant tout en longueur avait pourtant tout pour plaire.
Malheureusement l'expérience fut moyenne, dans l'ensemble. Déjeuner en solo, accueil froid. Je commence par une entrée avec de la polenta grillée au gorgonzola, délicieuse. Mais les réjouissances s'arrêtent là. Le plat, les tagliatelle al ragù della nonna en grande portion étaient trop cuites avec une sauce trop consistante, ce fut très difficile à digérer.
On ajoute à cela un service trop long, 30 minutes entre la fin de l'entrée et l'arrivée du plat de pâtes.
Bref, un repas moyen dans une ambiance assez quelconque. Dommage.

Osteria Orianna is a real little discovery in Milan! The warm, homely atmosphere and extremely friendly staff make you feel right at home. The food is fantastic - authentic, fresh and full of flavor. The service is fast and friendly, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Hi, I’ve been there today with my Type 1 diabetis novorapid insulin dexcom g7 user girlfriend and we ate very very well. The waitress is really well spoken and gentle managing to keep it up to the whole tables and cashier all by herself. Quality/quantity ratio is very nice balanced, the dishes are abundant and very tasty. We finna come back soon.
