A very beautiful and charming place located in the historic center of San Giovanni Rotondo. We were warmly welcomed, and the quality of the products immediately stood out. Everything was delicious, with fast service and knowledgeable staff. I recommend it to everyone.

Locale molto bello e caratteristico, situato nel centro storico di San Giovanni rotondo. Il titolare è gentilissimo e si percepisce sin da subito che ama il proprio lavoro. Anche la ragazza che serve ai tavoli è gentilissima. Tutti i piatti vengono preparati al momento e devo dire che in questi giorni di permanenza a San Giovanni Rotondo, oggi ho mangiato le migliori orecchiette alla cime di rape. Anche tutte le altre pietanze servite ci sono piaciute molto. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e gli ingredienti utilizzati sono freschi e di qualità. I prezzi sono ottimi e pagare l'acqua 1 euro e il coperto 1 euro fa capire l'onestà del titolare. Consiglio assolutamente di provare questo ristorante.

Very nice and characteristic place, located in the historic center of San Giovanni Rotondo. The owner is very kind and you can immediately perceive that he loves his job. Even the girl who waits at the tables is very kind. All dishes are freshly prepared and I must say that in these days of stay in San Giovanni Rotondo, today I ate the best orecchiette with turnip greens. We also liked all the other dishes served very much. The portions are generous and the ingredients used are fresh and quality. The prices are excellent and paying 1 euro for water and 1 euro for a cover charge shows the honesty of the owner. I absolutely recommend trying this restaurant.

I recommend Opuswine or Da Pietro in San Giovanni Rotondo 100%. A unique place, with a wide selection of wines, attentive service, and fair prices for the excellent quality of the products served. Well done!

Posto raccolto e accogliente, offre piatti non scontati e ottimamente preparati. Infinita scelta di piatti baccalà. Abbiamo gradito molto quello con gorgonzola e peperone crusco. Il proprietario e il cameriere garbati e disponibili. Come soci slow food, doppiamente soddisfatti! Alla prossima!

24/07/2025: The waiting staff were really friendly, they took time to explain menu items to me, and were lovely throughout, even though I don't speak much Italian! The food was delicious. I highly recommend the Burnt wheat Orecchiette! In between orders, the waiter would also sometimes pick up his guitar and play along (very well) to the music, it made the place feel authentic and very friendly! I can highly recommend it!

28/07/2025: We liked it so much the first time we went there two days in a row. Everything we tried was excellent: he aroma of the sea troccoli, grilled fish, cheese, pasta, seafood tastings for two people, dessertes etc. The portions were large and delicious. The service was top-notch.
24/07/2025: We usually go there two or three times a year since it's not right around the corner from our house. The staff is always very helpful, fast, polite, and friendly. The dishes are all excellent, it's hard to have a favorite. The prices are proportionate to the quality and quantity. Absolutely reasonable. It's always a pleasure to return and maybe bring a few friends. You never make a bad impression! Highly recommended!
