A place that captivates you from the outside... elegant, refined, and meticulously crafted down to the smallest details. The staff is kind, helpful, young, and truly knowledgeable. They explained a bit about local food to us, which I really appreciated. We tried a bit of everything... raw seafood? Amazing, carefully handled by the chef. The appetizers and first courses were delicious... unusual but truly exquisite pairings. A pleasant surprise. The desserts were incredible, unique creations to savor one after the other. I sensed the thought behind every dish, behind every combination of flavors and ingredients... This is a sign of research, appreciation of the local area, and passion. Well done, we'll be back!
