We stumbled across this cafe before a tour of the Colosseum. It was the best coffee we had in Rome during our 5 day stay. We returned for lunch enjoyed a sandwich with cool drink. Again same friendly service. The bonus was we sat and looked at the Colosseum and it was away from the crowds.

The view was nice, the service was average, and so was the food. There was an error on the bill, the price was overpriced, and there was a long wait for an explanation for the price difference. Ultimately, the difference was refunded.

staff was good, service was good. food was good. prices were high and they have a rule you have to buy a food and drink per person, that was a bit annoying. Rome should set rent controls because I'm pretty sure thats why tourists are getting screwed.

I had the lasagne, and my partner had the chicken Caesar salad. The drinks were great, the food was wonderful, and it was a treat to sit outside the coliseum and have our meal.

5/5 – Amazing Restaurant Right Across from the Colosseum! Huge portions, absolutely delicious food, and an incredible view of the Colosseum. The beers are strong and top quality! Perfect spot to relax, eat well, and soak up the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

26/03/2025: Localone enorme, popolare da evitare nei fine settimana, Cucina discreta ma non particolarmente attenta alla riuscita dei piatti. Prezzo superiore alla norma per il contesto complessivo. Servizio con personale molto "vintage" . Non è obbligatorio tornare, si trova facilmente di meglio.
