A small, tidy, and clean place. The staff is friendly and fast. The fried foods are excellent, especially the stuffed paccheri. The ingredients in the sandwiches are fairly high-quality, but at least my burger was very dry and tough; perhaps it was overcooked. I didn't really like the type of bread used for the sandwiches; in fact, I threw almost all of it away. Overall, we had a good meal.

I was here on a Saturday evening. There was a long wait, both to be seated and to start eating, even though we were on a list. The sandwich, however, was truly delicious, with quality ingredients and a super soft bun. Prices were slightly above average, but in line with the quantity and quality of the ingredients inside the sandwich.
The staff were friendly, starting with the owner, who was truly kind. You could tell how much love he puts into his work and his business.
We'll be back!

A decent place on Corso di Cava. Good sandwiches with fresh ingredients, but outrageous prices. Sandwich, beer, and cover charge can easily reach almost €25. Thanks, but I won't be back.

The owner is humble and professional and apologized for the slight delay, but that's normal, it's summer...

Opperbacco isn't just the name of the place, it's also the first thing you hear after taking a bite of the sandwich. Everything was delicious! The gluten-free option is excellent. Impeccable service, Danilo and Sara truly friendly and helpful.
An unforgettable evening. I highly recommend the cacio e pepe potatoes.

The pub is in line with other average mid-range pubs, but the prices are too high, in line with places located in very different locations, such as the Pantheon or Piazza Navona, despite being located under the arcades of Cava de Tirreni.
