Passing through Novara, I stopped in this restaurant attracted by the name. Very nice environment, with those retro 70s cinema seats which were incredibly comfortable. Fabio is very courteous, polite, kind and thoughtful without however becoming rude. It makes you feel very good. Excellent food, correct quantities and very good quality. Correct price. WELL DONE!!

Inizialmente ero un po’ scettico a causa del menù un po’ fuori dall’ordinario, con accostamenti e abbinamenti particolari, essendo io abbastanza tradizionalista.
Mi sono dovuto ricredere. I Tajerin al Ragù di e uova di Trota sono eccellenti, così come la trota marinata. I costi sono leggermente sopra la media, giustificati dalla qualità delle materie prime utilizzate. Servizio estremamente gentile, locale ricavato da un ex fabbrica di candele, arredato con finezza e gusto. Organizzano spesso serate musicali con pianoforte. Presente anche una bottega con prodotti di alta qualità. I gestori sono stati molto disponibili anche nel raccontarci la storia del locale.
Se devo fare un solo appunto, nella veranda chiusa con una struttura di ferro e vetro, faceva un po’ freddino.
Se dovessimo tornare a Novara, sicuramente passeremo di nuovo a mangiare da loro.

Initially I was a little skeptical due to the menu being a little out of the ordinary, with particular combinations and pairings, as I am quite a traditionalist.
I had to change my mind. The Tajerin with ragù and trout eggs are excellent, as is the marinated trout. Costs are slightly above average, justified by the quality of the raw materials used. Extremely friendly service, a room converted from a former candle factory, furnished with refinement and taste. They often organize musical evenings with piano. There is also a shop with high quality products. The managers were also very helpful in telling us the history of the place.
If I have to make just one note, on the veranda closed with an iron and glass structure, it was a bit cold.
If we were to return to Novara, we will definitely stop by to eat at their place again.

In a word? Cool.
we met with the Raisin app which fortunately no longer lets us go blind.
It was a simple passing lunch, best veal with tuna sauce of my life. Super selected and niche wines.

Small place with an industrial/vintage style, very well looked after.
Unusual, refined dishes, of excellent quality and very refined, both in appearance and flavours. Rich portions.
"Milanese" prices, but the quality is all there.
Excellent choice of wines.
Staff always available and very kind.
Honorable mentions to the vegetable batter (very light!!!) and the background music playlist!

A beautiful experience! Recommended place: I was welcomed in a very informal way by Fabio who, explaining that I wanted to taste and discover natural wines from the area and the need for a "temporary-studio", made me sit inside the Opificio. Excellent proposal and presentation of unconventional wines accompanied by genuine food! I highly recommend

Kindness, friendliness, attention to detail, patience in explaining dishes and wines...perfect! Very particular and refined dishes, from bread to desserts. And we enjoyed it at home too, thank you. And all accompanied by excellent, unique wines recommended with high professionalism.
