A year later, we returned to this magnificent restaurant and were not disappointed once again. We ate truly well, with plenty of options, even for vegetarians. Excellent value for money in a refined and stylish setting. Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money.

What they call a "gem," deeply rooted in the province of which it is a proud icon. The wines are carefully selected, often with a strong personality that perfectly complements the dishes. Perhaps, if one really had to make a suggestion, the meats could be enriched with a game selection. The wines would be delighted. Highly recommended, but you need to have a little patience with the cuisine, because rushing is out of the question here.

It's a place you'll want to return to. Splendid cuisine, a magical atmosphere, and top-notch service. You don't feel like you're at a restaurant, but rather at home with friends: hospitable, positive, attentive, with a warm heart and taste. Definitely worth a try and a return visit!

The wine list and the menu by the glass are never banal, but are clearly the fruit of meticulous work that always complements the high-quality cuisine. Owners Fabio and Eleonora are delightful people who pay the utmost attention to your every request, pampering you. What can I say... the photos speak for themselves... Opificio is already, in my opinion, one of the cornerstones and finest restaurants in Novara, and with continued success, it can certainly only improve.
