Opera Viva lets you discover the true flavors of the region. After a bad dining experience a few days earlier, we arrived with high expectations... and left completely satisfied. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was welcoming, although it was a bit too hot inside despite the ceiling fans. But the real stars were the dishes: generous, flavorful, and carefully prepared, a true delight for the palate. We recommend booking at least a day in advance to secure a table. The value for money is truly excellent.

We were able to dine spontaneously without a reservation (I would definitely recommend making a reservation!). Very good, upscale food, which also comes at a price. I can recommend this restaurant 100%. The pasta, the service... everything was excellent!

We had dinner here on the last night of our vacation. Everything was excellent, the food was delicious. For appetizers, we had the marinated swordfish carpaccio, which melts in your mouth, and a truly delicious and fresh seafood salad. For starters, the tallerini with clams was truly excellent, and for the main course, the spring tuna, which was also truly worth it. I recommend booking for 8:00 PM so you'll be among the first to arrive and can order at your leisure, otherwise the place fills up and the wait can take longer. The view isn't great, but it's worth it for a wonderful evening.

Excellent value for money, nothing out of the ordinary given the touristy location. The staff are professional and friendly! The owners, who were present in the dining room, were friendly and welcoming. The food was plentiful and tasty. We dined there twice in a row. Highly recommended!

Ciao a tutti, a Stintino abbiamo cenato presso la Trattoria OPERA VIVA, sita vicino alla Piazza del Municipio. Locale ampio, con deor esterno coperto e arieggiato, tavoli ben disposti, personale cortese e preparato, pronto a soddisfare le tue richieste. Ottimo il menu offerto. Noi abbiamo scelto un formaggio alla brace come antipasto, che era o caprino o di latte vaccino cotto alla brace in due strati di pane carasao, veramente eccellente, poi un piatto di spaghetti allo scoglio con il pescato del giorno e un fantastico fritto misto. Il tutto accompagnato da un’ottima Icnusa non filtrata e acqua. Alla fine un dolce tipico sardo. Se vi trovate a Stintino, telefonate e prenotate un tavolo, ne rimarrete decisamente soddisfatti. Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante una sera di giugno, lo consiglio. Ci sono molte scelte sia di terra che di pesce. Noi abbiamo scelto tutto di pesce e devo dire che ne è valsa la pena. Come antipasto abbiamo preso polpo e patate che consiglio era davvero eccezionale, anche il primo buonissimo e ovviamente anche il dolce. Consiglio questo ristorante, ci sono anche molti posti auto nella vicinanze.
