The Opera Terza restaurant changed hands in February. The new owner and chef is a young, dynamic, and incredibly positive man, capable of instilling enthusiasm in both the dishes and the atmosphere. The quality of the products is exceptional and evident in every course: carefully prepared, well-executed dishes enriched with innovative ideas that make the experience truly special. Every detail is carefully considered, from the cuisine to the service, which is always impeccable, friendly, and professional. A truly positive experience from every perspective. Quiet and very nice place, excellent service, very carefully prepared dishes, all delicious! Excellent value for money! I recommend the tasting menu. After our fifth positive experience, it's definitely our favorite restaurant!
