Excellent food with just the right amount of seasoning. Tables are close together because the place is small, so reservations are recommended.

Fantastic dinner with friends. We had all kind of fish appetizers and a main course plus a selection of desserts. Everything was very very good and the fish was very fresh. Service was excellent and friendly. I'll come again for sure!

The atmosphere is enveloping, welcoming, almost theatrical, capable of making every moment special without ever being overbearing. The attention to detail perfectly matches the quality of the dishes, enhancing the gastronomic experience and transforming it into something complete and memorable. The service is also impeccable: attentive, friendly, and professional. Ultimately, Opera is not just a restaurant, but a place where cuisine, design, and atmosphere interact harmoniously. Located in the heart of Bari, the restaurant is welcoming and refined. We've been there several times, a few years ago, and we've returned, having always enjoyed the food. The menu is varied, focusing more on fish than meat, with beautifully presented and excellent quality dishes. For starters, we enjoyed: Seafood Gratin with Scented Bread, Vegetarian Compote, and Warm Octopus on Greek Salad. The first courses were also delicious: Paccheri with Cardoncelli Mushrooms, Truffles, and Shavings of Parmesan Cheese, Spaghetti Carbonara with Fresh Tuna Tartar, Spaghetti Chitarra with Blue Crab and Cherry Tomatoes. The second courses, based on fish, were equally delicious: Baked Monkfish Gratinated in the Oven and Seared Tuna with Soy Vegetables. To conclude the meal, a Mandarin Sorbet and Sporcamusi, kindly offered by the owner, Mr. Maria, as a birthday present for my brother-in-law, who blew out his candle with a fireworks display set to music. Excellent service. What else can I say? You'll just have to try it!
