The employees are very attentive and kind. The menu is very successful. Both the coffee and the food were very good. Prices are quite affordable. It's a great venue.

The owner is a super helpful and friendly guy, as are the waiters who work there. I found this place to have an aperol and we ended up going every day of the week. He brought us a bunch of snacks with our drinks and was super nice to us. As soon as I return to Florence I will go see them again.

03/06/2025: Came here on a whim our last night -Emanuele was our waiter and we enjoyed everything!
30/05/2025: Stumbled in as my son was hungry! He is a toddler and devoured a pizza in his own. Then proceeded to watch the chefs cook and asked for some more. Food is super. Waiters and chefs are really nice. Highly recommend!

05/06/2025: I've tried many ice creams in my life, but RivaNeno topped them all. Creamy, intensely flavored, and perfectly balanced. My wife and I were both absolutely thrilled—every spoonful was a little experience. I particularly recommend Cremino RivaReno and Banoffee RivaReno. Friendly staff, fair prices, and not mass-produced goods, but genuine craftsmanship. If you're in Florence, you absolutely have to go. Several times.
