The owner is a super helpful and friendly guy, as are the waiters who work there. I found this place to have an Aperol and we ended up going every day of the week. He brought us a bunch of appetizers with our drinks and was super nice to us. As soon as I return to Florence, I'll go see them again.

The staff is very attentive and kind. The menu is very successful. The coffees and food were very good. The prices are quite reasonable. It's a great place.

The service of Sherpa was great she is very nice and has a great attitude. I live that I didn’t get charged extra for soya milk and that’s good and there are good options for vegetarians and the coffee and hot chocolate is really yummy. I really recommend coming to get some breakfast.

16/04/2025: Fine dining at it's best. Fancy but not pretentious and food was expertly executed.
28/03/2025: I've been to many Michelin restaurants, but this was one of the best meals I've ever had! I made a reservation and luckily, a cancellation came up, so I was able to go. I was thankful that there were cancellations throughout the meal. All the courses were not obvious, but novel, but not difficult, and had a very sophisticated taste. First of all, it was just so delicious. I paired the wines, and all the wines were works of art. In particular, the Austrian white wine was the best wine I've ever had! The restaurant has a very atmospheric setting in a historical old building (I looked it up and it was built around the 6th century?). I highly recommend anyone visiting Florence to make a reservation and visit~!!!

24/03/2025: Small but very cozy place. Giovanni's service was a 10/10. I definitely recommend the pasta carbonara and a spicy fish soup that was also very good (albeit at a high price).
23/03/2025: Everything we tried was delicious. Centrally located and quiet. 100% recommended.
