The hotel restaurant is particularly well located in Praiano, with a magnificent view of the sea. The manager was very helpful and gave us lots of advice, on buses, places to visit, etc. The restaurant is very correct. A few small drawbacks were added, for example the toilet seat which did not hold and which often slipped, or the temperature of the shower which alternated between hot and cold.

We had the most amazing week in Praiano at Hotel Open Gate. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had an incredible view of the Amalfi Coast. We loved the breakfast each morning and had one of the best meals of our whole trip to Italy at the restaurant. The home-made pasta with clams and muscles was to die for. Pasquale and Daniela were phenomenal hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I can't speak highly enough about our stay here. We will be back! Thank you all!

We stop just to have lunch. Good location with a parking spot. The staff is very kind with a very good level of English (this helps a lot). The food was very good. The view that you have by the restaurant is amazing!

We travelled to Praiano on our honeymoon in September and had a wonderful stay at Hotel Open Gate. Pasquale and the team were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They assisted us to book transfers to and from the hotel as well as to secure a Vespa for the duration of our stay. The hotel was absolutely adorable with so much character. We loved sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine with the sea view. It is also in an excellent location - perfectly positioned to explore the entire Amalfi Coast. There is a convenient bus stop located right at the hotel. The breakfasts were also great - the best we had in Italy! Thank you for your kindness and generosity on our stay. We loved it here and have been recommending the hotel to all of our friends and family!

We stayed here for our honeymoon after spending time in Maiori and we can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the staff!! They helped us get to the hotel from Maiori by letting us know about a new shuttle service in the towns (they don’t have their own). It worked amazing and was much easier than the public bus system! They were VERY over accommodating for us, one day we were stuck in the bad weather and our transport back to the hotel was late, after they closed lunch, and they told us they would still serve us lunch! They kept the kitchen open an hour late for us. Not to mention, our last night we were too tired to go anywhere, so they let us order food from the kitchen and bring upstairs to our room. The food was delicious, breakfast was divine, and the care they have for people staying is out of this world! The view speaks for itself!

Mi esposa y yo paseamos por este restaurante y admiramos el entorno encantador con sus vistas panorámicas de la costa de Amelfi. Por capricho paramos a cenar y me decidí por la pasta de mariscos que es un plato característico. Una elección excepcional que es una prueba obligada. Las bebidas son de un alto nivel, así como los postres. Mi única decepción fue que no asistí a este establecimiento con un apetito más intenso. Buena relación calidad-precio y excelente comida y servicio. Bien hecho a todo el personal.

Locale molto bello con splendida vista sulla costiera, tranquillo e romantico. La signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile. Abbiamo cenato con i gamberi alla griglia e sotto il consiglio della casa gli sciallatielli fatti a mano con frutti di mare, più che eccellente il tutto!! Prezzi molto accessibili in paragone a tutto il resto della costiera. Sicuramente ci torneremo!
